Excellent service and good prices. I spoke with at least 10 companies and had some come to the house. Sheppards prices were reasonable, and likely provided better equipment. Did not pressure into more sales. Very happy with post install service and overall! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a very customer friendly, knowledgeable alarm/​security company with reasonable prices, Sheppard’s won’t disappoint. I have been very pleased with their service. In fact, I recently needed a little further instruction related to my alarm panel (new home) and I saw the Sheppard’s rep vehicle across the street so went to chat with him. He was busy working on wiring a new home but stopped everything to help me. I mentioned that I was happy to pay a service charge, I just needed my alarm problem resolved. He fixed it and got me rolling again quickly and with good instructions. I have further needs related to my security system and plan to use them for all of it. Oh, no charge, positive attitude, and true old school service. I highly recommend.
