Starbucks

I’ve been to this location many times. They do not have a drive thru, parking is a little hectic bc it’s in a busy plaza but the staff is so friendly here and literally have you in and out within 5 minutes.

This is my Cheers! The place where everybody knows my name and is happy that I came. The place where my caffeine fix is handled promptly and with a smile. I have been coming to this particular location for about four years now. Although I change up my drink order daily, the baristas are fast. Many times the line is long but they work through orders fast and with a smile. I do tend to avoid the Starbucks with drive thru, it always seems the cars take priority, so this location works for me! A big shout out to Danyelle, Tress, Jamie and Jeremy. Without you, my Good Mornings would just be plain ordinary mornings.

I try avoiding this Starbucks location, I’ll even go out of my way to go to the other westshore location I I have enough time. Unfortunately tonight I did not have that luxury.
The employees here are clueless EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Why??? I don’t get it. Besides never knowing what they are doing or what is going on, they are incredibly slow. There are 2 other Starbucks locations off of westshore, I highly recommend going to one of those if you want to enjoy a coffee while you shop!

This Westshore & Kennedy location right next to Westshore Plaza has small outdoor seating, TWO long tables to study on, 1 desk-​like table in the back, multiple small tables for two, multiple multi-​plugs, comfy furniture and great music. I was a bit excited they had Motown and some chill classics on. The atmosphere here is inviting and the staff is friendly and servicial. The Grande Vanilla Late and Venti Unsweetened Passion Tea we ordered were on point. They have many choices for snacks from croissants, cookies, pound cake to greek yogurt, fruit salad, biscotti, almonds, etc… i however went with the Fruit & Nut snack. If i am ever in Westshore area, i would probably stop here to study.

If parking doesn’t shy you away, this location is quite quaint. It has enough little tables for seating outside and inside to allow for a great business meeting or a coffee with a friend. Staff is pretty friendly and they haven’t got my order wrong yet so got to give it four stars for that! Good selection of gift ideas too for that coffee or now available Tea connoisseurs!

Good furniture. I like this location because they feature the most comfy chairs and couches of any Starbucks in south Tampa. That makes hanging out here a pleasure. The menu is the same as anywhere else and the staff turns over, so what else can you say?
If you want to linger, then this one is your Starbucks location to choose. It’s also next to a Panera Bread if you want a pastry or sandwich and don’t like any of the Starbucks offerings.

Staff is very friendly and never really much of a wait. Perfect spot for a quick coffee

I love this Starbucks. Really close to Intercontinental Hotel and the mall. It is crowded in the mornings as people from the office buildings are coming to get their fuel, however the stuff is really friendly here, they have beautiful mugs and cups for sale, inside seating area and parking right in front.

No milk was out for regular coffee, when I asked for some, I was told that all the taken orders had to be made first. In NYC, I go into a Starbucks with 20 people in line and it takes 5 minutes, at this one, there are 4 people in line and it took 10 minutes. Might actually be the worst run Starbucks I have been to.

No one behind the counter for more than 5 minutes.
So, I went next door to panera.
Has Starbucks gone humanless already?

This is the first Starbucks I’ve been to where there isn’t a 20 minute long line and I love it! I usually go to Starbucks for a calm environment and most of the time they’re overcrowded and loud from all the people. The staff is really friendly and quick with the service.

This starbucks has the best customer service in the area. It is true that they are always busy, but they move people through quickly and with a smile on their face. The manager Jamie is always happy to greet you with a smile

Very friendly staff and the drink quality is up to par as opposed to other locations. The wifi speed and range were better than other locations that I have been to.

Yes, this is a busy Starbucks, but even when the line is very long (peak hours) they move people through quickly. They always prepare my drink exactly the way I ask and I have never had a problem with them getting my order wrong. There is one male barista (I wish I could remember his name) who is super entertaining and nice to all of the customers and puts a smile on my face every time I come through the drive-​thru. I always hear him say, «THERE she/​he is!» when someone comes up to the window. Even though I am so tired when I roll through at 6 am on Fridays, this guy cracks me up.
I also had a great interaction with a female barista there one time. She was a very nice young woman who accidentally dropped my credit card on the ground next to the drive-​thru window when she was handing it back to me. I had to get out of my car to get it because it had fallen underneath the car, which was no big deal to me at all. I kept telling her it was no problem, but she insisted that my venti iced coffee was «on her» that day.
Overall, a decent Starbucks that seems to amazing baristas!

As far as any Starbucks goes, this one is pretty good. Very friendly staff and a clean store. The parking can be really bad at times, but we’re all used to that in South Tampa.

One of my fave locations. Always available parking, the baristas are awesome, and this one is perfect to come to and get some work done or meet up with a friend.

I like this location because of the setup — it’s spacious and have sufficient workspace for folks who like to surf the Net, telework, or work in another place other than at home. This location is diagonal from the Westshore Mall.
The parking lot is a little tight given the number of store fronts that are in that little plaza.

Its a good location. I don’t like the coffee at the place next door, but combine a Starbucks coffee with a tart from the other place and its a win-​win. Well maybe not for my waist line or pocket book.
I like they have large common tables with plenty of outlets under them for computers. I really appreciate the multiple outlet on the walls. Too many people bogart every one of the power plugs, but thats not going to happen here.

Cute location not far from WestShore Mall. Parking lot is not the best and it is limited on decent parking and crazy when too many people trying to find a spot. Location is medium sized and had a nice look to it. Grab the comfortable chairs if you can.
This is typical of any starbucks where you are going to find the same drinks and delicacies. The staff was really nice and fun to talk to. Normally I do not get a horrid barista in a Starbucks. I would suggest this being a good spot if you are in the WestShore area and need a little break and some coffee. If you are a college student and need to come here to study or write a paper. Get here as soon as possibly to get an outlet and a good space.
