First time experience and I do have to say I was satisfied. I ordered tickets on line there a third party(travel zoo) and had no problem picking the tickets up @ the box office. Very simple process. Parking wAs no a issue which was a shock to me. It cost $ 8 dollars to park for the evening in a lot right across from the center. Valet parking was available as well but that was a disappointing feature for me. The customer service was not good nor the service. Location of venue was on the river and overall maintained nicely. A fine dinning restaurant located upstairs and a café located downstairs. A out door restaurant was also available with plenty of seating both on the river and on the walk way. The outdoor restaurant was mine and my daughters choice. The menus was simple; salads, burgers, hotdogs; and desserts. A little over priced but very good burgers. Indoor atmosphere: clean and very large area. Inside snack and coffee cafes were available. Clean bathrooms and outdoor seating available. Each level had a outdoor seating area and alcohol beverages served to those of age of course. Overall very satisfied with venue. I would see another show and recommend this place to others.

What incompetent architect designed the seating in this theatre? 50 seat rows with no middle aisle? The architect should be forced to sit in seat 3 or 47 for every night of their remaining life, so that they can be a jack in the box jumping up and down to let people in and out of rows that are far too long. I’m sure these long rows must meet fire code, but they sure aren’t as safe as they would be with a middle aisle. Strazz Management — DONOTSEAT late arrivals. What the heck were you thinking of last night at the Lewis Black show? You kept allowing people to climb over 20 plus seated patrons to get to their seats. These people are late, don’t impose on the rest of us because they couldn’t get there on time. Last night, you could easily have put those late arrivals n a rear row. There’d were plenty of empty rear rows. Then at intermission they could have moved to their seats. These people were consistently rude. Barging through aisles explaining away their boorish behavior such that no one could hear the performers. When is management going to take a stand and treat those patrons who behave, and show up on time, with the respect we deserve?
