My cousin and I went into the store to look around. We made our way around the entire gallery and did not hear one peep out of the person working in the store. She didn’t ask us if we needed help. She didn’t say «hello» or «good afternoon». Nothing. We took our time circling the gallery and the entire time she kept her face buried in whatever she was doing. We were the only customers in the store at that time.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve had. Their products are great for gifts but you can bet I will not be going to that store to buy anything. Such a rude employee.
