I worked directly with Brian on a repair to a mountain bike.
First and foremost, they have free mobile service which in itself is awesome. Brian came out, and not only repaired the problem with the bike, but did a complete maintenance check on it. Before he would fix something, he made sure I knew exactly what it was doing versus what it was supposed to be doing.
He was very professional, and knowledgeable.
