Went to Apple in International because my iPhone 4 took its last gasp and only sometimes uses its apple superpowers to come back from the dead. New phone! Upgrade! It was time.
After finding out that Verizon would not honor the plan I have had for years because I was getting a new device, I used the plans outliner at Apple and after some consult with employees… I decided to ditch Verizon and not renew my contract. They do not care about customer service and I feel gouged from them more often than not. They know they have you by the nuts cause we all need our dumbphones!!!
Anyway, T Mobile was a no brainer. Awesome plan (I got everything unlimited) took advantage of the protection & Jump program (upgrade/​change device 2x per year no penalty) & the customer service in this establishment was incredible. They just wanted me to be happy and satisfied. I was leaning toward a 32G iPhone which they didn’t have in stock after we already activated a 16G. Lena, my sales rep, wanted to lend me one of her own phones for the24hours it would take to get me the 32G. Who does that?!?
So far, my phone has rocked along with service and customer service.
Side note: $ 25 off your bill and mine when you refer someone to T Mobile. Sweeeeet!
