Love being able to make an appointment online. I got there and Mayerlen took good care of me. They had a big selection of colors and the salon atmosphere was peaceful and a nice place to get away for a bit.

Joined there month to month club for a massage. Very clean, everyone is very nice and helpful. Nini giv ed s the best massage. recomend higjly

I LOVE Nini, I always get a hydropeptide anti-​stress facial which comes with some massaging too it is so relaxing and soothing. She knows what she’s doing and I always leave there with vibrant skin. I have trouble with acne sometimes and coming here regularly helps alleviate that issue. Highly recommend this place and Nini! She takes pride in her work.

I’ve been going to Venus and Mars for about four years. I’ve experienced many of the services there. My massages by Lina have been fantastic! Love the deep tissue massage! The manicures, pedicures and facials by Mayerlen are the best I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in eight different states and the services at Venus and Mars are the best anywhere. It’s a beautiful, clean salon with a very professional and caring staff! I would recommend Venus and Mars to anyone who wants a wonderful, relaxing, perfect experience. You will never go anywhere else.

I just moved to town and got a gift certificate in my Westchase Welcome Pack for Venus and Mars Day Spa. I decided to check it out and get an eyebrow wax and pedicure.
First off, I really appreciate that Mayerlen, one of the owners and the woman who did my services, was so friendly and welcoming. In my experience, I have sometimes been treated with less than professional service when using a coupon or gift certificate. It was so nice to be treated as well as a paying customer, even though my services were completely covered by the gift certificate.
Another plus is the reservation email they send you upon scheduling. An email confirmation is pretty standard, but this spa includes a list of the services you’ll be getting, the person who will be doing them, and the price. I really appreciated all of that info being included, because it made it so much easier to figure out the tip ahead of time.
My experience at the spa was excellent. It was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Mayerlen did a wonderful job on both my eyebrows and pedicure. The services are priced very reasonably for the high quality you receive.
I will definitely be back!

I have been a spa member at Venus and Mars for several years. I have done most services and have always had a great experience. Mayerlen, one of the owners, is very professional and has always provided me with wonderful customer service. I frequent two spas on a regular basis in the area and both places do my gel manicures the same way ensuring that there is no peeling, lifting, or growth between the nail bed and the gel. I love the membership too because for just $ 59 a month, I get a facial each month. There are other options as well and upgrades available. Still very happy after 3 years. Keep up the good work ladies!

Where do I start? This place is a disgrace to the spa community. For those spas in the area that strive to adhere to good customer service professionalism and luxury and take advice from their customers especially those who know the business. I have gave this place a few good tries with this last try being the final. All times I have mostly done the nails. They basically tell you what they will do and if you don’t like it’s your fault. Who does a dry manicure anymore? This place needs to have a class or two in customer service and a class on the industry itself. Could they do better business? 100%. Do they want to? Nope. It’s their way or no way. Could be a cultural difference? I’m not sure. All I do know is I have been to some of best spas in the country and this place is down to my all time low. I had a gift card to use unfortunately I would rather throw it away than go back to this knock off spa. I can name a few great places to try but top on my list is the Body Bar. Layla and Kara are fantastic. For those in the community that want luxury with great customer service don’t go to to Venus and Mars! Save your time and money! You have much better options avail near by!

I had a very bad experience even though I spent $ 150 including a tip. The lady who did my facial could not explain the difference between the facial I was about to get and other facials. I even tried to ask the receptionist about the facials and she could not explain anything about the procedure I was about to get.

First let me say I only had my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure, so I am not judging any other part of the spa (if you can call it a spa). Its basically a hallway with several treatment rooms on either side. The first time I went to be waxed was the day before I was leaving for a trip to Vegas. The girl did a good job with the shape, but she burned me to the point, I had a scar over my brow for a week. Even with this, I decided to give them another chance. This time, I asked for a different girl. She did a horrible job with my brows… they were misshaped… but no burn!!. On this trip I also had a pedicure, it was just okay… really nothing special. The only thing I did like was the fact that the room for the pedicure was small and quiet. There was not much of a massage with the pedicure, and I was not offered any upgrade. So if you are going for waxing or pedicure, I wouldn’t bother. There are much better to be had.

THIS place is amazing. Very clean, very professional yet friendly staff. I’ve had great pedicures in a relaxing semi-​private setting. I’ve enjoyed a wonderful facial, several perfect massaged and an amazing scrub with a cocoon treatment.
Initially went here because hubby booked an appt for me months ago… I’ve gone evert single month since for at least one thing (sometimes I add a pedi).
Love, love, love this little gem. Absolutely worth the 30 minute drive.

Amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend Becky– she gave a thorough consultation & high quality facial (which included massage, handwarmers & aromatherapy services). Actually– I can say that this was my best salon experience ever! I cannot recommend this place enough.

I am extremely picky about spas and spa treatments. But this place is worth the drive all the way into deepest Westchase. Wonderful massage therapy and the prices are not outrageous. Also the place is extremely quiet, dimly lit and clean. Which are critical spa requirements in my book. You will not find stupid chit chat going on here while you are having your massage. It is an absolute escape. I will have to try the other treatments and report back.

I went in for a microdermabrasion treatment and not only did I get it, I was pampered with a hand and foot massage, neck and shoulder rub, and a series of skin care applications on my face. I never got this from any other micro session. Very happy!

This was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was soothing, the treatments were fantastic, and the staff were wonderful. I had the Chocolate body scrub in this cocoon thing — it was fantastic. I also had the chocolate massage — so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Lastly, I got a mani/​pedi with the Shellac on my hands. Its been 1 day and I am impressed, still relaxed, and quite a bit tired from my relaxing day. I’m looking forward to going back!
