Once you sign the contract they disappear! We have had so many problems with techs not showing or when they finally do they don’t have the proper equipment to do what their work order says?! One who had to come to fix another’s mistake damaged my new living rooms wall so now we have to send in pictures and go through more trouble to get someone out to fix what they messed up in the first place!!!

Don’t do it. Any other option will be better. I had the system installed with the three year ($ 1,800) contract and it worked fine… up until I moved. Then, complete horror show. They will NOT setup your new location for just $ 99 as promised. No and only the newer Sky control panel is available and that’s $ 299. Upset about the hidden cost, but I paid it anyway at installation. Then, a month later I get billed the $ 99 again even though I was told that it would be waived when I spent the $ 299. And now additional sales tax appears for the «already paid for» control unit. Then, I had repeated smoke alarm malfunctions. They won’t send anybody out to fix it. Talk to tech support, another 45 minute call accomplishing nothing. I told them I’ve moved again and with 2 ½ years of the contract paid we are done. But, no after a couple more of 30 minute calls about canceling, they love to offer another three year contract to «move» your alarm system again, but won’t take their $ 299 control unit back as payment and meet me half way to end the relationship a little early. They want the last 6 months payment and will charge me for it no matter what, even if the system is NOT installed. Now, they call every other day. It’s like groundhog day. We start all over again «your account is still active…» «We don’t cancel contracts or accept returned alarm parts» «forward to collection service». Anything to get that last $ 300 or better yet sign you up for another 36 month — $ 1,800. It’s pathetic. Just a horrible worthless «big bank» type of company, which I have nothing good to say about anymore. Hope this helps.
