I had a photo order and the results were less than satisfactory which caused me to make a couple of trips — but I am very pleased to say that the staff was more than helpful and the end results was EXCELLENT!!!
The staff made me feel that my time was valuable and they made great strives to rectify the situation!
I am very pleased with the overall results! They turned a bad situation into an excellent one with a happy ending!
To be commended are store managers MATT and MACKISHA (?) as well as RON Who all helped in fixing this situation and turning it around for a very positive outcome!

Horrible photo department, horrible staff. One of the photo kiosks were broken and a man before me said he had to wait 15 minutes to get on the kiosk, I had to wait for the man to get done. All I had were 3 pictures to print. The man prior comes back and his photos have not been printed. My 3 pictures were not printed either. Managers were in the store and only one other employee who was managing the cash register by the entrance/​exit and teh photo lab. Will never go back here again. I know now why business is slow.
