Under new management who came in to focus all their attention on the exterior of the property and not the residents. Maintenance requests go weeks with no communication if they don’t feel it’s important. Nothing in my tiny unit has changed but the rent is going up $ 100 dollars. But hey, look at the bright side, the fence around the pool is a newly painted ugly lime green color, they threw a piece of canvas like material over the car wash area, and completely remodeled the office. Three important things to consider when looking for a place to live! NOT!
