This location made us wait in the drive thru line for over 5 minutes!!! Isn’t this fast food? It defeats the purpose of a grab-​n-​go drive thru.
They also ran out of BBQ sauce.
Lady was rude and did not care about taking our order.

So, this particular Wendy’s lacks in so many ways… here, I’ll tell you why:
They are often out of things, like potatoes, Frosty’s. WHAT.
And then the drive thru workers are generally very short and abrasive, rather rude more often than not.

I normally love Wendy’s when I am on the run and need something quick, however this particular Wendy’s will no longer be getting any of my business. The cheeseburger I ordered was barely cooked. The service was non existent.

I don’t normally waste too much time reviewing chain fast-​food places unless there is a reason.
This Wendys is close to downtown and an easy place for me to stop going home from work. I have been to this location more times than I would like to admit in the last week.
But, something is way wrong here. The food is o.k., but everything else is a mess. The drive thru is way too slow. The orders come up wrong, and they forget to give you basic stuff – like a straw for a drink or a spoon for a frosty.
I went through and got a frosty and an order of fries and they have me nothing else — no spoon, no straw, not even a single napkin…
It’s probably poor management – but this store needs some help.
