I couldn’t be happier with the medical staff and receptionist at this veterany office. They are always friendly. I have an older dog who needs a doctor that will treat her with her gently and takes her age into consideration with everything. I’m happy to say I have definitely found that here. Dr. Otero is amazing! As well as the rest of the staff. They truly care about the well being of my Maggie. They aren’t all about the money like some other places I’ve come across. I highly recommend anyone to bring their pet here. You won’t be sorry!

I absolutely love this vet. I have searched everywhere in Tampa for a reasonably priced, caring vet and I finally found one. They treat your dogs like they are their own. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Reyes. She is the sweetest. The only thing I wish is that they had «frequent flier miles» since we are in there so often!

I have a rescue greyhound (Pond) that is a little shy and still getting used to being around people and other animals and a cat (Meeko). And the staff at Westchase are friendly and really good with both. They are always available to answer the many questions I have about making sure our Pond is in good health and that we are doing the right thing. And even though my cat thinks car rides are the devil they take excellent care of her. I highly recommend this wonderful very clinic.

Great customer service! Reasonable pricing and knowledgeable and helpful staff! Took my 3 dogs for exams and vaccinations and was very happy with the treatment we received! The hours are very accommodating and the follow up was excellent ! This is my new vet!!! Really like Dr. Barr!

Westchase Veterinary Center is very easy to get to, is close to our home, and always accommodates our busy work schedule. The staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that they contact us to check on the status of our cats after we’ve taken them in.

We recently moved to the Tampa area and were looking for a good, convenient vet for our cat Belle. I found Westchase Veterinary Center online and I’m so glad I did! We first brought Belle in for an annual visit and because she was peeing outside the litter box. We saw Dr. Reyes who helped us identify the issue. A few weeks down the road, Belle had a wound on her back leg. We tried to manage it on our own for a week but when it started to look infected, I called at 3:55pm on Sunday afternoon. They agreed to see her the same day if I brought her in by 4:15pm (they have regular business hours 7 days a week, some days until 9pm, with no additional «emergency» cost!!). We went in and saw Dr. Berlin who gave us a few options. We opted for laceration repair surgery, which Dr. Berlin completed today (the next day). Dr. Berlin even offered to complete the surgery on Sunday night but then suggested it’d be best to wait until the today so she was fasted. Overall, I have been VERY happy with Westchase Veterinary Center. Their veterinarians, techs, and employees are friendly and their hours are extremely convenient. They even have an online pet portal to order prescription items you need for your pet! I am so glad we found them.

Very lovely caring people. Will definately v e happy with their care here. All the staff are great and dealt with us in a timely fashion despite an emergency surgery having to happen to another pet.

My boys Mocha and Java have received excellent service and care. The place is very neat and has toys for them to play with. I highly recommend coming here. They have also convenient times and appointments! :)

Westchase Veterinary has always taken great care of my cat (Miss Kitty) and my guinea pig (Daisy Mae). Dr. Reyes is always very informative and patient to my pets needs. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a caring and professional facility.

Very happy with the staff and the vet. Kylie was only seen for her two week check up since she was adopted but the staff was great friendly and kind. have a feeling this will be Kylies vet for the duration.

The vets and the staff are friendly, helpful & professional. I have two male Peke’s, both have received mostly routine care but I have been satisfied. I am terrible about scheduling appts in advance, so I really appreciate the extended hours and the ability this office seems to have of fitting me within 1 day or so of when I want to go. One of my Pekes is a rescue and a «fear biter», and I’ve taken him to this office twice to have his nails clipped, which has gone very well with no trauma for the dog.

The doctors and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I love the facility because it is clean and doesn’t smell like a vet clinic. Everyone loves my puppy and wants nothing but the best for her. The hours and location are convenient for my schedule. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the services we received.

Dr. Reyes is very patient with our nervous pup and we recommend her all the time. The late and weekend hours are very convenient and we never have to wait for an appt. The front office staff is always amazing and even calls our pup by name when we come in! We highly recommend!

Moving from MI to Tampa was stressful enough; finding a great vet was a huge weight of my shoulders. Everyone is very kind, professional and helpful. The dogs actually do not mind going to the Vet. The prices are fair and they do not try and get you to get things or services you do not need. Would highly recommend!!’
