Very slow. 7 servers 1 bartender 1 cook. Manager needs to know how to schedule and understand 40 minute ticket times in a 10% capacity restaurant is unacceptable. Please go back to F&b school. Sorry. Left $ 12 tip for 2 beers just so you know what type of consumer I am. I really wanted to like you guys. Day and time Monday 2pm. Bartender knew times were slow and seemed helpless. Don’t leave your staff out to dry like this. Terrible.

Good curly fries. Bottomless boneless wing deal on Wednesday night is awesome. Best medium buffalo sauce!

Ok so I have honestly compared Winghouse to hooters and I have to say that Winghouse is the best! I like sauce and have asked Hooters on several occasions and well, they just don’t want to make them that way. Ok then that’s their recipe but don’t like it, sorry Hooters but Winghouse rocks! They’re app makes it simple to pre order and always ready for pick up. Service is friendly and they’re always made how I like it. extra saucey! So glad Winghouse is so close!

A wing place that does not make their own blue cheese dressing is simply not worthy of calling them self a wing place and by using kens blue cheese dressing you simply fail as, Potassium Benzoate, and, Calcium Disodium EDTA, Xanthan Gum, Flavors Natural, Sodium Acid Sulfate, Polylobate 60, Propylene Glycol Alginate do not belong in blue cheese dressing at a wing place

Don’t let the T&A fool you. I really loved my fish and chips and my hubby really liked the all you can eat wings. Price was reasonable for dinner and all you can eat. The only problem was the seating. They sat a big man right behind me who kept hitting the back of my chair. I will definitely go back as the food and service was so good.

Always great service take out or dine in. Food is freshly made. Best nights are the bottomless boneless nights they keep them coming hot, perfect time to try each flavor out.

Met a few friends I hadn’t seen in a while for lunch here. The staff was friendly, quick to get you a table, and attentive. Not spectacular service, but average, maybe a hair above average. The menu is what you would expect for a sports bar chicken wing joint.
We all ordered different items, everything was cooked to order, and the food and beverages were delivered promptly. I wasn’t blown away by the food, nor was anyone else in my party. The prices seem a bit higher than that of other lunch choices, but the atmosphere and scantily clad servers are likely what demands a bit higher price.
Summary, this is a solid choice for a dependable average experience.

The food here is mediocre. I left them a 3-​star review several months ago because I didn’t know any better but there are at least five wings other places I would rather go to I’m Tampa than Winghouse. This is a «Last Resort» type of restaurant for me now, when I can’t think of any other options. The wings have very little genuine flavor and are WAY over salted.
Let’s call it what it is: Winghouse is a Hooters knockoff. They’ve tried to model themselves off Hooters in every way, except that Hooters actually has good wings. In fact, I’ve always really liked Hooter’s wings.

Let me start with the positives… the waitresses and bartenders are scantily clad and nice looking. I guess that’s it.
This place has the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life! Seriously, I think I’d rather starve, and I am NOT a girl that misses a meal. Also, they charge for a side of ranch. That should come with wings. Period.
A weak beer list full of domestics. I’ll give them credit for having a Fat Tire IPA and Jai Lai.

Absolutely stunned they dropped the queso from the updated menu.
They no longer have it and a seasonal menu right now features a buffalo chicken dip that just is not the same quality.
As the new manager of the store explained to me, not enough people ordered the queso and they dropped it because they were throwing so much of it out.
Oh, the new manager here seems like a good guy. He actually followed up with me on why my recent takeout order took way too long and spoke to me at length about the menu and some other things.
Now that 2016 has arrived, I’ll look forward to the new calendar of «Dress to Impress» dates and the themes that go along with them. It is like Halloween for women at least once a month.
For those of you who have kids, call ahead to make sure you don’t bring the children out on these particular days. Those shorts the girls usually wear may not cover much, but the Dress to Impress themed outfits generally cover even less.
Maybe they should call it «Less to Impress?»

Cheyenne and Rugby need to to have a server off or something cause I’m not even sure which is better! Next time I come in they better be working so I can see which one is better!!! Either way I’m happy with both would love to get them as my server again

First time at this location, do prefer their wings over the competition. As we arrived our server. Alissa, was apparently on break out front intent on her conversation with some man. No greeting, certainly no opening of the door and a good 10 minutes until she finally came to the table. It’s silly that some of these wing girls at various establishments think that if they spend enough time with guys at a table they will get a better tip than from a former server and her son! Only when you request the check they notice you!
Like the wing house wings but this is a sleazy location. Will not be returning there.

I came for the wings and they were terrible. For a place that should be known for their chicken wings, they were over fried and hard as a rock. The side sauces are pre packaged and taste like water. If ur not here for the T&A (since it’s a mock of Hooters) then find another place to go. The servers are rude unless your a man with deep pockets.

I ordered from jere on 9/25.My order was not complete and the chicken wings were horrible. They tasted like they had been fried in fish grease, no seasoning, and very greasy. I will never eat here again

If your in Tampa and your looking for a Winghouse where the service is good, the waitresses are friendly and the beer is cold… you got the right one baby! Not as spacious as the other bwws I’ve been to but the service and smiles make up for it. Wings were fresh. Well-​done. The beer was on point. Very generous on the alcoholic beverages. All around good time.

This place has great wings but it gets ultra crowded. One or two of the servers are good, but unfortunately the rest are mostly awful and rude. Last night I asked a server if there were any drink specials and she said «yeah I don’t really know» and when we asked for a beer list she said «I don’t know it off the top of my head.» Then we asked if she could get us a drink menu and she said «well they’re kind of all the way inside…» And then walked away and never got drink menus for anyone. I didn’t have a good time and unfortunately that’s what most nights at wing house are like: Crowded, rude and poorly trained servers, and great wings. I will try not to come back soon. Ale house shows the same games and fights and the servers are very well trained and knowlegible. Go to ale house instead.

The short of it– The food was frozen and fried chips from a bag and the tea was from a soda machine. My opinion– Don’t bother go to the one who does it right «Hooters»
The long version– The bartender yelled at us to sit anywhere. The tables to choose from were under a broken speaker with a bucket of dirty dishwater by the table. The waitress very sweet and was quick to the table and to get drinks to us. I order the tea which tasted like chemicals (tea from a fountain machine). I order the shrimp as an appetizer, they were cold when they came out and tasted like plastic. Dinner was the Mahi Mahi it was freezer burned and you ask for grilled but you get fried and flavorless fish. Even if I was a smoker this fish would not have tasted very good. I was with my husband and he ordered the wings. Flavorless I ate two and quit I couldn’t stomach another bite. The manager was present and when I sent back the tea would have been my hint to pay the table a visit, but my husband said «When you are constantly putting out sub par food the last thing you want to do is pay a visit to a table you would be doing it all night long». The bathroom was dirty and the place was empty chances are its been that dirty for a long time. The place was empty that should have been my red flag.
If you noticed I don’t do a lot of bad reviews of places. I was truly disappointed and if you see a review and its good on this page its mostly guys or friends of the people who work at Kers.
Do yourself a favor and save your money or go somewhere else like Hooters.

Fast service, cold beer, pretty ladies and good food. This has everything a lunch stop needs. Their naked, medium wings are my favorite wings compared to any chain restaurant. Easy call for a place to go when you need a break from work.

The wings are great. I the love buffalo shrimp they are awesome.
I the atmosphere is fun and the girls are nice. Only negative is smokers congregate at the bottom of the stairs and it is a 4 star cancer alert to walk through them.
