Ruby Tuesday’s has the best salad bar on island. The vegetables, fruits and prepared salads are always fresh. The Jalapeño burger is a great choice with a serving of onion rings on the side! This is my go to place when I’m craving a salad with my dinner!

Service is amazing! Staff is always polite and cheerful when I dine in. I am a regular there and I love how personalized the staff is. It is also a great spot to just relax and have a couple of beers during their happy hour. I dig the cozy ambiance and vibe and they usually play songs I like! Food is great but nothing spectacular. Burgers are great and menu is always adding new things. Great spot if your looking for something chill.

I just came back from visiting Guam, my first visit to Ruby Tuesday ever and will be my last from the terrible experience. BEWAREDON’T SHAREYOURSALAD. Personally I would rate this place, big fat ZERO for terrible service, overpriced menu, small portion, and the most stupid policy about sharing a salad and still get charged for it. I ordered a crab cake with salad bar. My wife ordered a tilapia dish, the waitress asked my wife if she wanted to add salad with her meal. My wife said no thanks. At the end of our meal, the check came and I noticed they’ve added $ 5.99 for a salad to my wife’s meal even though my wife said she didn’t want it. I question the waitress and the manager about this. Get this, according to their policy. Since this place is a buffet style restaurant, and the waitress saw my wife eating some salad of my plate. This is the reason that we got charged. Basically this place is charging customers for something they didn’t even get. Granted $ 5.99 isn’t a lot of money, my major gripe is the ridicalous policy and the principal behind it. The manager and the staff sees nothing wrong with this whole picture. I’ll bet if the shoes were on the other feet, they’ll be singing a different tune. Don’t waste time and your hard earned money. My first time experience in Guam was going great until I went to this place.

Food is pricey already and they have the audacity to add 18% additional for service charge. I don’t mind tipping great service up to 15%, but this is my option… Which is based on service. Servers make a wage for what they do.

For a first timer, not impressed. Tiny little complimentary bread they give you was very well done almost burnt. I ordered the asiago peppercorn sirloin with a side of spaghetti squash, and garlic mashed potatoes. By the time the dish got to me it was room temp. The spaghetti squash was bland, potatoes were OK, and the steak was good. Hubby got the jerk sliders and he said they tasted very bland with little seasoning. Not worth $ 15, He was unimpressed and said he prefers mcdonalds burgers. I then ordered a slice of cheesecake which was served to me FROZEN. They had just taken it our of the freezer! I told the waiter and he apologized and said he’d take it off the bill. Well he didn’t! We didn’t say anything just paid and left. Probably our first and last time eating here.

Appetizer coconut shrimp does not look like the picture. It is served butterflied. Delicious.

Always coming back to this place! I almost always order their chicken and broccoli pasta with added portabella mushrooms. It’s absolutely delicious and most times I’ve had to pack some home because they give a nice amount of food. The waiters are friendly and check on you a good amount of times, the environment is very nice and dark so it’s a little more private. Definitely one of my go-to restaurants!

This is my usual spot with family out during weekends. Decently fresh unlimited salad bar with super friendly staffs are definitely memorable enough for me to wanting to come back once in awhile. Not to mention, their BISCUITS!!! It’s truly heaven. I do not like biscuits in general, but their biscuits are heavenly taste. I go back to ruby’s craving for that biscuits. Honestly not for anythingelse as I’m not usually a huge fan of generic american food, but they have some asian fusion style dishes that spices things up with their menu. But truly my intention is to eat as many biscuit as possible. I’m usually content after coming out of rubys when my mission is completed– biscuit full of my tummy–

We’ve eaten there more than 20 times. Yes 20 times. Our service has been impeccable every single time EXCEPT today. One, the server never once asked how are we doing? Our previous servers would continue to ask us if we needed anything. That to me is common practice at Ruby Tuesday since we frequent the establishment. Second, we got our bill without the server asking if we would like dessert. That again, to me is common practice at Ruby Tuesday. Thirdly, we ALWAYS get our complimentary cheese biscuits prior to our main course or appetizers. I don’t know if they are lowering their standards or we just came in during a bad time. I personally don’t think so. Maybe it could be that we just didn’t dress up that day and didn’t look as sophisticated as other people in the restaurant. The sad part is that we know what it takes to run a successful restaurant and it was very disappointing for us to experience this night out as a family.

We took my family to dinner here and we were pretty satisfied. Unfortunately though, when we got there they gave a really tight seating near the window so it was quite uncomfortable moving in and out. I ordered the Ruby Minis with a garden bar. The minis were definitely tasty and the garden bar was awesome as usual. Our server was Angelana and definitely great service. Overall great experience.

This was an absolutely outstanding experience. The staff was very friendly, and the salad bar was very fresh! Our entrees were wonderful as well, and unknown to me, a coworker of mine ate here the day prior and was very impressed as well! Highly recommended!

Food is excellent and the service is better than you would expect from a fully packed place. Lots of attention from the wait staff. Ate there 12 times — good experience 75% of the time. The bar is well placed and fully manned. Knowledgable bartenders. Good location for barside TVs as well. Very pricy! You go in expecting to have dinner for four people and think you can keep it under 100.00 without alcohol and apps. Not easy. Only real downfall.

Walking into a typical Ruby Tuesday I wasn’t expecting much to say the least, however, I was provided with amazing service and knowledgeable, friendly servers. I would definitely return to this restaurant!

Food is okay. I ordered the mini turkey burgers with the option of the salad bar. Turkey burgers were okay. Salad bar is awesome. Personally, I don’t like dim lights when I’m eating dinner. Tried to order something off the drink menu but, almost everything was out. Come on, don’t you guys restock? In addition, I couldn’t get a blended margarita. Maybe the blender broke? Finally settled on a Cosmo that tasted and smelled like brisk ice tea mixed with alcohol. Three stars because our server was excellent. Great service!

Every time we dine here the service it’s great. Tonight it was just«ok». I didn’t expect this restaurant to be out of something on their menu. Anywhere else on Guam especially an independent restaurant I’d expect an item not to be available, but this place? FIRSTOFF, I HATEWHENONLYONEPERSONGETSTHEREFOODBEFOREEVERYONEELSE. IFTHEMGRATTHISPLACEISREAINGTHIS, PLEASEHAVEYOURSERVERSSERVETHEMEALSTOEVERYBODYSOWEALLEATATHESAMETIME! I took my time to eat my meal since I got it first. I don’t mind sharing, but eating before my family does is bad manners. There needs to be a name for this type of service! We did get our drinks refilled quick. This is the only restaurant, that I can remember, that has complimentary bread/biscuits on Guam.

the salad bar is probably the best thing ruby Tuesdays has. I ordered the seafood and the tilapia and shrimp were over seasoned, broccoli was steamed too long, and rice pilaf was a bit bland. service was mediocre as they didn’t say what they were out of until we tried ordering things. if you still chose to dine here, be sure to bring a jacket as it is freezing at night

Automatic 18% gratuity!!! Ridiculous! I don’t understand why there is automatic gratuity on Guam! The lobster tail was soooo skinny, it’s as if it was malnurished, while the alcoholic drinks seemed to be made from the«ready-to-mix» bottles, rather than made from scratch! I feel sorry for the tourists(and customers) who come in expecting more from this place!

am I reviewing Ruby Tuesday on Guam? My friend was quick to point out that I’m on Guam and.…I“m eating at Ruby Tuesday? I’ve never been in Ruby Tuesday. And I ate here twice while on vacation. Well, it has a salad bar, a full bar and their menu includes a classic burger that I ordered everytime I came here. I ordered it medium and with fries. I never finished it on both occation. I guess it’s because their beer selection was really good and their cheese bread(yes, I did say cheese) was just… mmmmm Their shirmp cheese fondu(yes, I did say cheese) was equally good. They have booths for parties of 4 – 6. but they have tables and chair for large parties.

We came here because the wife got a gift card from a baby shower. It’s impolite to disparage a gift, but our visit here was a complete disaster. The food was what you’d expect from a box restaurant, flat top grill and deep fried fare. The failure here is in the service. We got there around 8:30 and I don’t know if that’s around closing time but the staff started closing up our section by sweeping and spraying down tables around us with cleaning solutions. It’s good to be clean but the waitress kicked up a bunch of dust sweeping and the smell of industrial cleaning agents is quite unpleasant for a dining experience, to say the least. I asked them to stop, and i was told politely: no. We saw some friends at the bar and they joined us for a chat for about 20 minutes. For some reason, the waiter put both of our tabs together and deducted it from our $ 100 gift card. When I told the waiter that our tabs were separate and to reimburse the card, I was told that this was impossible and to «just ask them for the cash». I thought to myself, «wow, what a d*ck». But really, it’s not their fault. It’s the fault of middle management not properly training the staff. We won’t be back, as the inmates have taken over the asylum.

Loved it here! Well I could tell you that it’s much better quality of food, service and well… FOOD! Ha ha ha! I loved the salad bar! There were so many different kinds of fruits and salad. The vegetables were always crisp and fresh. unlike the one in the Mall of Georgia. I LOVE the Mango Tea that they have at Ruby Tuesday on Guam near GPO Outlets! It’s the BEST!!! And free refills! I would always take my best friend there with me and we’d have lunch or dinner and have mango tea as our beverage. I miss it so much! I also loved how there would be chunks of mango pieces inside the mango tea. Oh so yummy!!! And I remember our waitress being super friendly, too! Loved it!!!
