I’m pretty sure fireworks are illegal in NY State, so I did not bring any across the state lines. But Ive been to a few of the firework stores in PA and I think one in Ohio once as well. They are a lot of fun to visit. All sorts of things that go «Boom» and /​or fly high and make pretty colors. The employees here were very busy, it was a Sat in the Spring, but they were moving fast and efficiently. They will get busier and busier the closer we get to the 4^th of July.
The place itself is not super huge, but they have a TON of inventory and different types of things to sell you. If you live in a state that allows them, and are able to follow directions so you don’t get hurt, I’d come by here and see what may make your backyard party more festive.

Placed in the back corner of some store this little trailer doesn’t look like much but when you go inside you wouldn’t believe how much stuff they have packed inside there! My brother and I drove down from NY a few days before the 4^th of July. It should’ve only took us an 1hr 20min (avoiding tolls) but it rained pretty hard and ended up taking 2 hours. Still when we got there it was worth it! The prices could not be beat by other retailers in the area. What we were extremely happy about was the low prices on the Excalibur canisters and finales. Also the staff inside was extremely helpful whether you’re looking for a certain effect, tips on how to set up, or anything firework related! I also appreciated the fact that they weren’t just trying to get you to spend a ton of $$, while I was asking one of the salesman about buying something he said «Why do you want to buy that? Looking at what you’ve got in your cart would make that kind of redundant.» That kind of attitude is really important in my opinion. Another thing that’s helpful is the TV they have showing demos of fireworks they have available for purchase if you see an effect you like or anything they can help you find something to fit your budget. Last but not least if you’re going to buy fireworks from here I recommend going as early as possible in the day, as we were leaving we noticed the parking lot getting full and a lot of people headed over to the trailer. If you’re from the Tri-​State area and need to buy fireworks I definitely recommend this store they are CLOSE, CHEAP, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Can’t beat that right?
