DON’T BUY A WATCH HERE, CERTAINLY DON’T BUY A WARRANTY. Closed and out of business this January without any advanced notice. They had multiple lifetime battery guarantees on watches I had purchased for myself and my family they offered me and I purchased when I bought the watches. I understand businesses close, but how about an email or a post on the internet to indicate you are closing so I can get in and get my batteries replaced. It is dishonest to sell these warranties then skip out. Especially when you have my email. They said I could go to Time Factory outlet stores in upstate New York or at the Jersey shore and they would honor them there. But that is a major drive.

By far one of THE BEST stores to go to! ALL the employees I’ve ever dealt with have been over the top helpful!
I regularly come here and make a fairly large volume of purchases and the manager is EXTREMELY helpful, nice, goes out of her way to do what she can to help and makes it one of the most pleasant experiences!
Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this place!
