Have been going to Autozone on and off for little car troubles for years… but recently, my car battery was acting funny, so I took it in to Autozone and had it tested. The very friendly staff went above and beyond their call of duty to get my car back out onto the road in no time, and guess what my bill was this visit around… they helped me for free!
This is why I always buy parts from these guys, they are simply awesome!

Autozone gets two stars ONLY because I’ve been there before and it wasn’t as horrible as it was today. Basically, my visit today was a classic case study in Northern New Mexican customer service, or lack there of. Today I showed up and told the man at the desk that I needed to recharge my AC. He pointed to the stand behind me, I asked, «this one?» He mumbled, «yea.» I told him that I would need help recharging my AC and he promptly asked his supervisor if he could leave for lunch. Really? Ok, then here comes his even more unhelpful supervisor to tell me that they are now short handed (having allowed hungry to go to lunch) and can not help me. Mind you, I am the ONLY person in the store. Lazy gits.
