Experiences here were mixed. Two positive experiences with repairs– fast with accurate estimates. However, prices for electronic accessories will be high, and the store is weak in customer service. When buying electronic accessories, expect the same level of customer service as Best Buy or Walmart. Questions will be answered reluctantly… or not at all, unless one pays their $ 85/​hour rate, even if paying a considerable amount for an accompanying repair. In this respect, service is akin to Best Buy, Walmart, or online but prices for accessories can easily be almost twice as much. The shop is oriented toward PC’s. Mac users may be better off buying the Apple Protection Plan. Still the shop is not to be discounted as a resource in a small town with limited options.

Michael just made a house call to straighten out my mess of a home computing network. He quickly and easily evaluated my situation, re-​configured my network, hooked up my printer, and then linked in my home entertainment system. The best part was he sat me down and showed me how everything worked and gave me instructions in language that I could easily understand. The rate was totally reasonable and I definitely recommend Electric Sheep
