The annual fund raiser is this coming week end and the Muesum brought in Fechin’s painting from all over the county!

When I visited the Fechin House, which houses the Taos Art Museum, I realized I got many things for my entry fee. I got to see architecture, with beautiful wood carvings and a house build by a iconic Russian artist between 1927 and 1933. I got to see art from the Taos Society. I got to see Fechin’s studio. I got to see Fechin’s art work and his portraits which show the soul of the subject. I got to learn about the life of this amazing man, too. Definitely worth the stop. Don’t leave Taos without a visit!
