Local Boyz Tattoo

This was my first tattoo ever. I live in Southern California and was planning a vacation in Taos. After doing some online research I thought Joe might be a good fit. I called him, told him who I was and what I was planning. Right off the bat I got a good feeling about Joe. He was patient, reassuring and understanding of my newbie questions. I emailed him the photo of my daughter that I wanted done.
We set an appointment time and when I arrived he made a few tweaks to the work he had done and I was very happy.
Joe did an amazing job. The tattoo speaks for itself but just as important was when I met Joe in person he made me feel as if we were old friends.
The tat took a little over 3 hours. All the while friends & customers were dropping by either to book an appointment or just to say hi. Joe introduced me to everyone. It really was like a family experience. I could not be more pleased and if Joe’s shop wasn’t 900 miles away I’d be already be back for another tat. Thank you Joe. You are a truly great artist and great guy.
Also I want to throw in a special thank you to Sam the office manager who was also very cool and played the role of photographer for me so that I could document the process as Joe worked on my arm. The stop at Joe’s shop was the highlight of my trip to Taos.
