We went to the Holy Cross Hospital in Taos on 1÷27÷09 for my wife’s Mamogram. The service was prefunctory.
On 6÷12÷09 we received our first bill from Mom’s LLC. We paid it on 6÷29÷09 through our bank. At this time the only amount that was reported owing was the amount on this bill.
On 11÷17÷09 we received a second bill from them for the same amount. We paid it on 11÷30÷09 from our bank account in full.
In a letter dated 1÷20÷10 we received notification that Mom, LLC had turned the matter over to a collections agency. This collections agency has threatened our credit rating. I checked on the second check and found that Moms, LLC had returned it to our bank after receipt.
I am very disappointed in Moms, LLC. The amount of time and frustration that I have experienced at this time and the amount of time and frustration that I will undoubtedly experience in resolving this matter upsets me a great deal.
