I’ve been going to the folks at Rosslynn for about 20 years. My reasoning is very simple: they represent the consistently best rental properties offered in Taos, at the best prices, and they take care of every little detail. Not only before you arrive, but during your stay if need be. Experience is the best guide.

Just returned from our vacation in Taos. Rosslynn Properties are great people to work with. Checked in with us during our visit to be sure all was alright. The house we rented for one week was perfect. Wonderful views of the mountains just like the pictures on their web site. The house was clean and welcoming. Will diffently work with Lynn again for our future stays in Taos.

Buyer beware. While our property was great, in all honesty, dealing w/​Rosslynn made the experience beyond frustrating and very disappointing. Be prepared to be nickle and dimed to death, to be pencil whipped by contract back and forth and just know all price points are bait-​and-​switch (we ended up paying almost 2X what the web advertised). Maybe I should lower my expectations in dealing w/​property management companies. We look forward to visiting Taos again but rest assured we will never use Rosslynn properties ever again.

Terry goes the extra mile for her guests and owners. I own a flower shop and she is always buying gifts and flowers for her guests. She also happily arranges flowers to be delivered for special events for her clients. She takes special care of her guests.
