My favorite place in Taos to practice yoga. Amazing instructors with detail for safety and ability to translate to all levels of practice. The 1 hour classes are only $ 6 for walk ins, and they have good deals for passes and packages. Great community feeling, and really laid back– you’ll see peeps of all shapes, sizes, gender(orientations too), skin colors(rare for Taos), and levels of affluence. Peeps wear everything from lu lu lemon gear to loose sweat pants, beat up 80s tshirts and pajamas. It’s definitely about the practice and not about the attitude. Side note, I’ve never been to a practice space that’s so full of students at 12 in the afternoon. Worth checking out. They also have instructors of all different styles of practice, so be sure to ask the teacher if their style isn’t your favorite. Literally they range from Anusura focused, to Power/Flow, Forest, Iyengar, etc… Love this place.

The finest Yoga instruction yet. Genevieve is by far the best Yoga Master I’ve encountered. Affordable — ** Real Yoga **. What a pleasure. Came back a second time and will come back again! Class was full both times for a reason. Thank you!

I’m here in Taos on vacation and I have been to different studios all over the country. The ladies that run/operate the studio are AMAZING! The teach yoga the way it should be taught. I was in classes with all different level students and every time the class flowed and was taught at a pace where beginners were able to feel comfortable and students which were a little more accustomed to different poses were still challenged. I can’t say enough about the instructors, who really make the class… When I leave town they will be missed.
