Its pretty bad. A small shop run by overpaid minimum wagers. I think pot is accepted as currency and the place is dreadful. But based on location, in many ways, its the best we have in Taos. On occasion you find an older employee(not a teen) who is helpful. But experts are not here and prices are high. Would only recommend if you weren’t going to be anyplace but Taos to do your business.

I needed an 11×17 image scanned at 600dpi, and they couldn’t figure out how to use the larger scanner in the shop. After about half an hour of aimless clicking and button mashing, one woman actually suggested that they photocopy the image to 8.5×11, scan it at that size, and then«digitally make it bigger.» FFS. Since it was clear they had absolutely no idea what they were doing or even talking about, I asked them to give me the original back only to discover that the guy handling it had rubbed his thumbs all over the graphite drawing and smudged it. As a bonus? They were jerks. Never go here. To be fair, I should have guessed that they would be terrible after looking at their awful website. I don’t think it has been updated since they opened in 1996.

This place is awful. I had been going in for weeks getting prints for 11 cents each, and today they charge me an extra $ 2 for no reason. They say that’s been the policy. They’re completely unprofessional and pretty much all jerks. I will never print here again. I just paid over $ 2 for 3 measly black and white regular sized pages. It’s ridiculous, a complete scam. No one knows what they’re doing in this shop. It’s a complete mess and a total ripoff. Do not come here if you can help it. They don’t value their customers and their prices are outrageous.
