I’ve been a customer at this bank for over the last 2 years. In my personal experience, they do not value their customers, and they do not understand that nurturing personal banking relationships with people is paramount to a banking reputation. Quite simply, I was treated discourteously here and I would recommend any number of other local banks where they feel that holding your hard earned money is a privilege and not something that’s taken for granted.
