here’s an update on my defective mattress and my previous review. because this store is a clearance store everyone beware there are no warranties no exchanges no refunds and no help once theyve taken your money and send you home w a defective mattress… we purchased a brand new bed and the mattress has since collapses on the sides and sunk!!! after spending close to a $ 1000.00 the bed i had for 10 years is better than this junk they sold us. buyers beware. the quality of these bed sets can def be horrible… i would go anywhere else and make sure they guarantee something. its not worth iit!!! they refuse to do anything but give us 20% off another one of theyre crappy beds!!!

I recently purchased a bed from the store in Tarpon Springs, FL. The store manager was very patient with our family as we were not sure what kind of bed we wanted.
He took the time to explain the different bed types and classifications and did not push us towards one brand or size. I appreciate that very much and felt the whole experience was fantastic. Additionally, he shared what to expect regarding the installation and how to break the bed in appropriately as well as the warranty process.
The install was quick and thorough by professional members of the company and not some third party.
I am grateful for their professionalism and would gladly recommend Mattress Firm to others.
