I’ve been here a lot of times for either small repairs (flat tire, oil change, etc) and they always try to do an up-​sale on everything, every time it’s something that they claim is major but isn’t. I feel bad for all the seniors who use this so called «mechanic”/shop that are across the street from. How many up-​sell transmission flushes/​brake fluid flushes or to quote seinfeld «bad Johnson rods» have you guys suckered people into? Avoid like the plague.

Booked appt. for 3pm. today but I was an hour late. They put multiple guys on it and knocked it out faster than normal for 4 tires and alignment plus spare.
