Service to fix iPhone screen was prompt, courteous. I’d give it 4 stars except store opened 25 minutes later than expected. Even so, I’d come here again.

They were great. Fixed my daughter’s cracked iPhone screen in 30 minutes and for less than it would have cost to pay the insurance deductible. Very helpful, very nice. And their hours are great! Would definitely use again!

Brand new phone — brand new headache. Cracked the microSD card when inserting it fhe first time. Phone manufacturer wanted 14 Business days to MAYBE fix the phone under warranty. Vendor said MAYBE they would exchange the handset if I traveled 3 hours round trip. I stopped in at IFix4U in Tarrytown and 15 minutes later I had a working phone and new microSD card for less than the cost of shipping it to the manufacturer.
Way to go Doan! He looked at the problem and was able to extract the cracked card without opening the phone (thus voiding the warranty). Doan was courteous and friendly — very professional.

I wasn’t sure what to think about this new addition to Main Street but it definitely came in handy today when I had a screen emergency! The first time I walked by there was a ‘back in 10 minutes’ sign but after a short trip to the hardware store down the street, they were back in business.
The service was helpful and they were able to change my screen on the spot with a minor 20 minute wait. It was less than I expected ($ 80 for an iPhone 5 — compared to $ 120 at the Apple Store) and they even included a free promotional pack with a screen protector and cloth. I hope I won’t have to fix my phone anytime soon, but if I do Ifix 4u will get my business.
