I’ve never written a review on a doctor in my life, but I feel the need to warn everyone. Dr Mark Horowitz is the worst Doctor I’ve ever met in my life.
I’ve been working with Surgeons for the past 12 years on a daily basis. I admire what they do and understand that they all have different personalities and skill sets. However, Dr Mark Horowitz, Pediatric Urologist on Staten Island is a nightmare. I took my child to him for a routine in-​office procedure and ended up in the emergency room. The baby required emergency surgery and Dr Horowitz couldn’t have been more arrogant, rude, or insensitive about the matter. Don’t be fooled by his smile. This guy is a jerk. I’m disgusted that this man not only practices medicine, but does so on children. Consider yourself warned.

Not a good experience should have known when I scheduled the appointment that this was not going to be a good experience! Thankfully we’ve found Pediatric Urology Associates in Manhattan. well worth the trip!
