IMAGINE a UPSSTORE in the middle of the desert in the middle of the night with a light bulb flickering off/on in semi-darkness. Walked in at 930am on a bright, sunny Saturday morning in a NYC suburb strip mall and this place still felt like that. The door is wide open, NOONE at the counter. After about a ten minute wait, the store clerk finally walks out from the back room texting on his phone seemingly irritated that he had to assist me. No need for me to babble on… Inefficiency and lack of attention here. Dirty store. Their services are lacking, for example, I needed to scan documents and send via email, but the printer they use for this was broken and«the guy who was supposed to fix it, didn’t come in last week». Ugh.
