Rude phone manner. Do not know how or why someone would use this person if the communication skills are so challenging.

I’ve happily been using California Water Filter Service for many years for my home water purification system. Dan responds to my calls quickly and I know I will be billed fairly for the service calls. I highly recommend their services.

I’d give Dan more stars if they were available! We are currently selling our home and an Inspector broke (and then tried to hide) the filtered water spigot. We called Dan and explained our situation. He was more than accommodating — and scheduled us for a Sunday. He called on Saturday to say he was in the area and did we want him to take a look — wow when does that ever happen? We were prepared to replace the whole thing but Dan said no, «don’t waste your money». He replaced the spigot at such a reasonable amount we were stunned. I can’t say enough positive things — Dan’s honesty and integrity were so refreshing! Thank you Dan!

We’ve been doing business with Dan The Water Man, now California Water Filter Service for a few years. Dan is quick to respond to calls, knows his stuff, and charges you exactly how much it would cost to repair or change the filter. He does the water cooler and kitchen sink filters for us, and I’ve been really happy with the service.
Even though his company is all the way out in the valley, he services the LA region too. Yeah, there are a lot water guys out here in the LA area, but after doing business with Dan for so long, I don’t think I would trust anybody else to change my water filters, especially when you see how much some of these places locally charges! I mean supporting local business is one thing, but I gotta put food on my table too.
Dan is fast and efficient with his service, knows his stuff, and doesn’t charge you an arm or leg. Beats going to Home Depot trying figure out what kind of filter works for your system, and spend hours trying to get the filter casing to open up. Highly recommended.
