Lies and a huge run around… now no one gets back to my emails or returns phone calls. $ 1,800 of hard working small business money stolen. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Nothing but lies from this company. Watch out for Sales guy: Scott Eddie Pole. He is a scam artist. Took my money then never delivered on the promise to feature my add on a local cable channel. The customer service is non-​existant. They used to answer their phones 25% of the time, now it just goes directly to voicemail. They probably got tired of all the complaints. This company should be investigated for fraud. Last time I spoke to customer service, they gave me the supposed vice president, Dave Burk’s email address:

This company will tell you anything to make the sale. However, when it is time to complete their obligation. It NEVER happens. I am still awaiting an ad to be placed in the location I agreed. Months later I receive a letter telling me the location was not available, after I had long paid for it.
I have gone to the other locations that they promised it would be located. Again, nothing is there. They say they will contact the distributor and get back with me. I have yet to receive ONE return call.
Do yourself a favor and spend your adverting dollars on a company that will do what is contracted. This company Dyson Media Corp and The Best of Magazize will not do it.

Dishonest, untruthful. The contract they prsented was different than what we agreed on and when I tried to reach the sales rep, they said no way… Slick high pressure talkers. Be ware, they are not legit. Here is a tip, ask for a direct phone number to your sales rep and call him on it. Thier business cards have numbers that forward to a toll free answering service. They will take your money and not make good on thier promises.

I contracted advertising that never was printed or distributed. My contract called for a half page ad in their The Best of magazine. My sales rep told me my ads would run from July to January. As of today… and 37 trips to the store to check… there are no Best of magazines, nor have there ever been. No one can even say when they might be distributed. No managers at the Publix store… nor Publix corporate office knows anything about this publication being distributed at their location.
Too bad i was told hy custimer service. They can get to it whenever they feel like it. Later in same phone call I was told that the magazines had been distributed as contracted and that I should go to the distirbution location and take photos as proof to them they are not there. REALLY? I think they should go and take photos as proof me they ARE there.
I contracted for 4 monthly payments. The charged all 4 payments inside 2 months.
They do not return calls as promised. They give erroneous information each time you do speak to them. Each time a different story, excuse or reason why they are not meeting their end of the contract.
Ive never received a copy of the publication… so I have to believe it is non existant.
DO NOT… I repeat… DO NOT do business with Dyson Media Corp.
Dispute the charges with your credit card company. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And NEVER do business with Dyson Media.
A local tv affiliate is also going to cover this case of fraud on small local business owners.

I wish I would have seen the earlier post before doing business with Dyson. The charges were not posted to my c.c. when agreed upon. The ad took entirely too many revisions and printed 2 months after rep promised. Dyson would not answer my calls or email until I disputed the charges with the credit card company. Now they show proof the publications were printed and 10,000 were delivered to Pizza Hut, but they are not being attached to the boxes as promised. I regret having done business with them. Since they actually printed the ads I am having trouble disputing charges, but hopefully the c.c. will see the biggest part of the contract was distribution. My advice if you must proceed, get every aspect the rep tells you in writing and pay by credit card and not check.

Extrememly unprofessional, they tried to charge me way over what we agreed to with our signed contract for no reason. Then they took over a month to get back to me to fix the charges, they never sent me a copy of the publication my ad ran in and their sales staff was a complete joke, what a mistake i made doing business with them. To this day, I don’t know what i was thinking.
