A beer budget and champain tasts, what a pain in the tail!!! When ever I shop for some reason I always pick out the most expensive one. With glasses this is even worse for me and new glasses generally cost me between $ 600 and $ 800. and they go up every time.
A friend raved about this place so I had to check it out. Meeting Jackie, a very nice lady who runs this place («eye candy» always helps) was the start of a very economic and pleasurable experience.
I left Jackie’s store with great designer glasses at about half the cost of what I expected. Now the part I really don’t believe; They were ready the next day!!!

The best prices and the best service. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, most of the time they will order it for you. The owner Jackie is very nice and helpful. She can get you the latest styles and fashions for less then retail cost. Check them out, you won’t be dissapointed. Don’t waste your time at the mall.

I went in to buy a pair of prescription sunglasses, and they gained a customer for life.
When I handed Jackie my printed out prescription, I noted that I thought it had been written down wrong. Not only did she trust me, but when she called my optometrist to confirm, and the receptionist said «if we wrote it down that way, it’s right,» she pushed them to double-​check anyway. Turns out, I was right, and the print-​out was filled out wrong. If Jackie hadn’t trusted me, I would have gotten the wrong lenses.
As if that wasn’t enough, when the lenses came in, she knew instinctively that they weren’t dark enough for what I wanted, and sent them back to be darkened again. She did this without having to bother me to come in because she knew what I asked for, and again, she trusted that what I asked for was what I wanted.
So not only did I get better frames and better lenses, at a better price than I would have gotten elsewhere, but I got the customer service that only comes from a small business. She went above and beyond what was necessary, and as a small business owner myself I cannot express emphatically enough how much I appreciate how she runs her business.

Jackie is quite simply a diamond in the rough. She is sweet, warm, friendly and may I add that her fashion sense is incredible. With Jackie, there is no hard sell. She knows her profession quite well; but lets face it, most of us are focused on 2 basic factors. How do the glasses make us look when wearing them and can we afford the frames that we want. Jackie has a very wide assortment of glass frames in a broad range from affordable to ultra-​high end and she can and will find precisely the perfect look for you at your price point.
Jackie may be an optician by training, but personally, I felt like she was my fashion consultant. She took her time and showed me literally 25+ glasses before I finally made a decision. I could not have done this alone. She really did guide my decision on frames telling me with gentle honesty what looks good and what does not for my facial features. I dont believe I would have gotten that kind of sophisticated attention to detail at Costco or anywhere else — I certainly haven’t in the past.
Ultimately, I left with 2 pairs of glasses and wear them both. I cannot be happier with my purchases. In fact, I am already looking forward to getting prescription sun glasses. I know it will be well worth the money to find something really attractive and essentially unique to me.
I expect to be one of Jackie’s many repeat customers for years to come and will be sending all my family and friends who want new glasses straight to Jackie and wish her continued success and not to change a thing. Her work is truly top rate.

the owner is amazing. she is very nice and extremely helpful. She makes you feel like a valued customer. I bought some ray bans here a couple years ago, and everytime i needed something fixed she got it done right away. the prices are very reasonable as well.
I am planning on returning to have my prescription filled and i am looking forward to to the service once again.

Due to an emergency, I needed a pair of glasses right away. Not only was Jackie able to have my lenses ready with extremely short notice, she was able to have my glasses ready for me the next day. After I went in and picked out a very cute pair of frames, she instructed for me to wait a couple of hours until she called to let me know my glasses were ready. I went next door to get food and she called me before my meal was even over! Her frames are trendy, stylish and great quality. She is like a fairy frame mother!

Jackie is a true professional. She knows how to maintain a loyal clientele through her reasonable prices, large variety of glasses and sunglasses, and efficient customer service.
After my frame broke, I decided to stop by and see what my options were. She immediately provided an accurate diagnosis, and helped me find the right frame based on my taste and style. Her prices are probably one of the most competitive as she carries different brands for men, women and children.
She is located in the same shopping center as Ross and Supercuts in Tarzana. The parking is great and the shop is easy to find. I will definitely return to Eye Image Optical for any of my optical needs in the future.

i can not say enough good things about this place. ive been going here for years for my glasses. i used to go to lens crafters but she is just so much more affordable here. jackie is such a sweetheart and very patient. she has on more than one occasion, sat with me for over an hour while i tried on every frame in the store over and over again, and gave me honest opinions. i have always gotten great compliments on my glasses as well! she has a wonderful selection of designer frames, and interesting ones at that! love it!

This is one of those little gems that no one knows about. This woman is amazing. She has a beautiful chic collection (unlike the blah frames in other locations). She is also super friendly and helpful. She will genuinely tell you what looks good on you with no fake salesperson attitude. She even remembered me after I had not seen her for 1.5 years. She’ll work with your price range and while she doesn’t take insurance, will take the time to write and itemized receipt so you can claim the most back.
I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I’ve been going here over 10 years. Most glasses places charge 300 a pop for glasses. This place is WAY more affordable, the glasses are quality, there’s a great selection and the woman who runs the shop is the most helpful person I’ve ever come across. Work is done quickly, she has good suggestions, there are sales. This is the ONLY place I go to for glasses.
