So I received an e-​mail from someone named Annto at the store, the day before yesterday apologizing for the bad experience I had. He politely asked for me to remove my review & offered a «gift» in exchange. I considered this all day yesterday & decided not to accept the gift as I would then just be a sellout but I would update the review & make note of the nice apology & effort the company was putting forward to make things right & to make sure I was happy.
So I log onto my computer today to update my review & I see the following e-​mail in my inbox.

Needless to say I feel completely correct in my review of this business. I feel my review was honest, I have nothing against this family but your wedding ring is a pretty big deal, you plan to have it for the rest of your life & I personally did not want to have to look down at my ring everyday & know that my husband didn’t get what he worked so hard & paid for. I was happy with the apology but obviously some people at the company have no social or customer service skills whatsoever.
Anyway, if you decide to shop here, it is at your own risk.

Good Store, Saw some of their products over the last few years and while i was in downtown saw the store decided to go in and take a look. Everything looks professional and well maintained. Recommend this store to anyone who is interested in a well made watch but doesn’t want to have the same piece everyone else is wearing. Good alternative to people who want a classy but unique look.
