It was not as bad as they make it out to be. Seems like a hard business to get people to leave a great review. But I will, it was a bad thing made OK. If I had a complaint I would put it here.

This is my second time to see Dr. Hepps. The office is very clean, organized, and the evaluation was thorough. Dr. Hepps has a very positive and comfortable bed-side manner. In addition, he is very patient.
Dr. Hepps, in my opinion did a good job of evaluating my family member and deciding on the necessary procedures.

Had my first visit with Dr. Hepps today to get some outpatient surgery done at Encino Outpatient Surgery Center. He’s the best, and the Center is a very professional operation.

Dr. Hepps is the greatest. He was available to do a «stat» procedure on me last week. He explained the results clearly to me and my wife immediately after the procedure. He took the time to answer all my questions and calm my fears and anxieties. I had a followup appointment this week and he went over everything in detail again. He is the best and I highly recommend him if you need a GI doctor!

I’d like to see if the other reviewer feels the same way about Hepps’ office after some time when she starts getting called by them to pay her bill (since this office does not send bills). And pay quickly she must or he won’t see her again.
It turns out that Hepps knew I might have Crohns Disease but never found time to call me to tell me this. I had to go to another GI specialist who had to call Hepps to get my results. He’s a horrible doctor.

I had to have a colonoscopy. I was very very apprehensive about it.
But…
Dr. Hepps and the staff at Encino outpatient surgery center were phenomenal.
It was totally amazing.
From the girl at the front desk, to all that helped me prepping me, to the awesome anesthesiologist… all were so kind and considerate and compassionate as could be.
They made me feel at ease and took incredible care.
Never felt anything and felt immediately good following the procedure.
All Were totally professional and Dr. Hepps did an amazing job.
Thanks to God, Dr. Hepps, and all the wonderful employees at Encino outpatient surgery center, I have a new lease on life.
