Gave this place another chance, decided to avoid it like the plague from now on.
WORST MCDONALD’S IN SFV
The female manager is extremely rude.
The fries are stale and old.
Burger was a disaster (see photo)
The location ignores phone calls.
I noticed once I got home that I’m missing a part of my order and tried to call back. (See photo attached)
…several times. I will be contacting corporate about this technical THEFT/​FRAUD and hopefully they won’t ignore me.

Worst McDonald’s Ever!!! They are rude, unorganized, and LaZY! Never have I had to just sit in a drive through line for so long while the lady at the window has a full convo with the cook while my food is just sitting there at the window ready. Their attitudes suck they change prices all the time and they need to work on their cleanliness as well! Stay away from this Mc. D’s there’s a much better one only half a mile up the road. I’ve never had to write a bad review before but this place needs new management for sure.

Not the first time that they mess up my order. I didn’t know that it was up to them on what I want to eat.

Asked for breakfast burrito with only sausage and egg at the drive thru, nothing else. Got burrito, checked, it also had tomato which I don’t eat. I told the drive thru girl it had tomato, she was surprised. Then I was told they could not make my order the way I had ordered it. Finally concluded to get an egg mcmuffin instead, with just bacon and egg. I had to wait in the parking lot. The egg mcmuffin came, with cheese on it. Clearly they do NOT understand customer service. This was my first, and last, time here.

After visiting over hundreds of McDonald’s restaurants, I cannot fathom the satisfaction I get after every single time I visit this establishment. The floors are clean, the food tastes great, and the water is exceptionally wet. Despite the run-​down, rugged city of Reseda, this McDonald’s is quite a diamond in the rough. And even with this top-​tier staff, one worker stood out to me: DENZEL. A man of greatness who can flip the patties and set the fryers like no other. I applaud him. 5 STARS.

One thing I don’t like about McDonalds is they don’t use gloves to prepare food. This one does not this morning. Update: new day, girl at drive thru is smily and friendly. A very good thing at 5:10 am.

Waited 15 minutes in an empty mcdonalds for them to get my order wrong twice and I ordered no substitutions. Plus everything was cold. Worst MacDooDoo ever.

Looking to fix my late night foodie call, this McDonalds has definitely exceeded my expectations. As great as the service is inside, the drive thru is just as exceptional! Also the addition of breakfast all day makes me want to visit more. I happened to run into a handsome young man on most of my visits. His service is just as great as the other workers. The combination of professionalism and homeliness makes me feel welcomed as soon as I walk through the front door. I definitely recommend this McDonalds chain amongst the other ones in the Valley!

Bad experience took them 25 mins to make two quarter pounder and two Mac chicken and a large French fries.

Food is McDonald’s quality. Could be cleaner, often homeless folks and teens loiter the place. I go here cause it’s close to my school but I wouldn’t mind if someplace way better popped up.
Edit: Service here has been better recently and the staff are friendly. It’s gotten cleaner too.

This location has a serious problem with giving complete orders. There is always something missing. This is the second time it happends. I called the manager and she couldn’t get off the phone faster. What kind of service is this? Unbelievable. Last time im ordering from this location. I won’t even get my ice cream here.

Okay first of all being the only one in drive through a simple order can’t be fully prepared. Forgot my apple pie but took my money, then once I get home a friend finds two strands of hair in his sandwich!!! HOW DISGUSTING! I we so appalled we stopped eating, put the food back in the bag and went back to find the manager ready to give me my apple pie as a token of her apology for screwing up our order and then tells us she can refund us so of course we take the the free food. If I could this McDonald’s wouldn’t even get 1 star, but I guess that’s the lowest it’ll go for now.

Got home to realize items were missing from our order & took one bite out of my mcdouble & found two very long hairs. Did not want to find out if there was more. Brought the food back to them not very apologetic & couldn’t refund us. They were kind enough to remake our food plus some, but how unprofessional that the manager doesn’t even bother to apologize or bring us out our remade food. Terrible.

I don’t think I’ve received my order through the drive through correctly once out of the many times I’ve gone to this establishment… Always check your bag because your hash brown is most likely not present!

I returned again to McDonald’s and I didn’t follow my previous review’s advise. I ordered two hash browns and I’m again missing one. Good game, cheers…

I know it’s a fast food place and you really shouldn’t expect much, but this is the WORST McDonald’s around. I placed an order at the drive through, and when the lady gives me the wrong food and drinks, she gets mad at me when I questioned her about it. She huffs loudly and closes the window, not offering an apology or to rectify the issue. When I ask for the manage Avany, she rolls her eyes at me while I’m telling. Her what happened. I ask her «why are you rolling your eyes at me when your employee made the mistake?» She responds by saying «I didn’t roll my eyes at you.» I said yes you did and she then tells me she «needs to roll her eyes because she just had surgery on them.» No apologies from the employee and excuses from the manager. The GM Sandra needs to find some new people.

Have gone to this McDonalds for majority of 2015. Primarily I’m just there for the Dine-​In experience to just use the free WiFi.
Open till 1am Sunday-​Thursday, 2am Friday-​Saturday
Mostly amusing crew as far the current (2^nd half 2015) employed go.
Food is relatively expensive or unavailable compared to other McDonalds and other competitors, the Dine-​In hours negate this for me.
Sometimes a skeleton crew/​lack of employees available on some nights may prompt an early closing for Dine-​In at 12 midnight. Also depends on who’s in manager position at the time. As even with a sufficient amount of workers still close at 12 or 1am regardless of what the sticker sign says at the entrance. Within the last hour they will lock both the south and east doors without notice. Unless of courss if you are inside.
Cleanliness of the lobby: Fairly dirty during times of high foot traffic. Sometimes there’s a really bad Fruit Fly invasion at the soda fountain area particularly around the brewed tea dispenser.
Restroom: considering just about anyone can come and go as they please, very messy in the Men’s Restroom (Can only speak of this). Only one toilet, one urinal, one dryer and sink with mirror. It’s cleaned every few hours but ends up messy in a short while regardless. Pissed me off that someone threw up a mass of blood at one point negating use temporarily. Plus the graffiti. Almost everyday fresh graffiti to the annoyance of the employs here. Am assuming women’s restroom have it better.
Personal electronics friendly (as is the norm):
Not so in the Dine-​In lobby since autumn 2015. Prior to autumn, any patron could plug in at the many outlets visibly available, but that stopped abruptly. Dunno why (never bothered to ask), but for sure the mass (4 or more) of computer users that was there are far too few now. Don’t bring your desktop PC setup or notebook pc on low battery. You’ll be disappointed like one gentleman I saw who plugged in his notebook that was low on battery. Disappointment. McDonald’s is not there to be an internet café just a McCafe well at least this location.
McDonald’s WiFi: provided by AT&T, Decent speed, don’t expect watching videos in full HD or downloading large content.
All the while the review is mostly con than pro… I am still coming here. This place is open realistically till 1am most the time on regular days.

The food LOOKS ok, but I do not trust this drive through anymore.
Ordered a large frozen lemonade and got what looks like a cup of vomit.
This is on the same day they had poorly hand written paper stuck to the drive through menu with «no ice cream».
I live just a couple of blocks from this location so as soon as I got home I called. It rang 20+ times and then beeped and hung up.
I called again and spoke to a rep who did not sound surprised about this nasty shit drink they had just sold me.
Her excuse made no sense but I’ll share it. «sometimes on hot days the machines don’t work right».
She offered a replacement of the same price value, but I am not risking hospitalization due to their negligence and readiness to serve ROTTEN products.
I returned to this location for my refund and the on duty manager had a personality to match the drink.

I would definitely give this branch zero stars if possible. This would be last time to dine-​in at this McDonald’s. I came here on a Tuesday night at midnight to have a cup of coffee and study. After sipping my coffee for 5min I just notice that the whole café smells of urine! It was disgusting! Tables were so dirty and full of trash… Trash cans were smelling and overflowing! I notice the manager was just chit-​chatting with her fellow subordinates, which I think she could assign one of them to actually clean and tidy up the restaurant. It’s honestly awful, I’m absolutely not coming back here!

This McDonald’s is an expensive rip off. My beloved Dipped Cone: $ 1.73 — excuse me?! HIGHST PRICE ever for the SMALLEST CONE seen.
For those who don’t know, it’s usually between $ 1.20−1.41, but $ 1.73 is a 20−30% premium for less, which feels like a slap in the face.

They messed my order by giving me the wrong sandwiches and the wrong sandwiches were cheaper than what I payed for. I order egg mcmuffins and they gave me sausages muffins… Sausage McMuffins taste like crap and were not what I ordered!
So… They send me a gift card for ONE free sandwich to TRY to make up for it… Ummmmm… I PAYED FOR TWO SANDWICHES! WHERE THE HELL IS MY VOUCHER FOR THE OTHER SANDWICH YOU OWE ME!!!
The franchise owner, STEVEN HO, owes me another voucher or the money for those sandwiches. That or I will call the McDonalds corporate number about this
