Julia is incredible! I have spoken with other hypnotherapists about my problem and they always referred me to someone else. Julia tackled my issue directly. She gave me tools to use on my own and I have experienced wonderful results. I highly recommend Julia, she is a great hypnotherapist and a really nice person too.

I’ve worked with Julia in several hypnosis sessions to help me release the weight that I’ve accumulated over the years. She recorded our session, and I’m thrilled to say that whenever I’ve listened to the 20 minute recording, I don’t feel nearly the urge to snack in the evenings as has been my habit and I’ve already released 5 pounds.
