Very helpful staff and overall a nice pharmacy. The review by Erik E. is irrelevant and talks about sodas instead of the actual pharmacy. I do not think that his rating should be counted towards the overall rating of this business.

After leaving my Dr’s office on Clark st, the thought of having to deal with Walgreens was the last thing I wanted to do. I saw Norm ’ s and thought, I’ll take a chance, why not. I went in and the woman came out quickly from the back to help me. I asked if they were in network with my insurance and if they had the medication I needed in stock. Yes and yes. Exactly what I wanted to hear. I waited maybe 5 mins and the white haired man came out with my prescription. Yes, it’s kind of old and run down but if the service is like this all of the time, I will gladly switch over.

I went here as it was located within a nice shopping center inside a medical building but that’s about it.
The place looks old and dirty, the staff isn’t at the counter when you arrive, they creep in from a back office to «help you».
Then when you call for a refill, this terribly rude man picks up the phone and begins yelling at you saying you are calling the wrong pharmacy. Bizarre is all I can say. Especially when I’m calling the correct pharmacy and providing all accurate info.
Ventura Blvd. is only a block away, just drive down the street and go to any other pharmacy but this one.
