Patric Carlson is a fantastic trainer. No matter what your goal is, he will help you achieve it. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re getting a great work out, specifically tailored for each client. Great for any fitness level!

I have been working out 3 – 4 days a week at his bootcamp at Calabasas Swim & Tennis. I have lost 2 inches from my waist and I have more energy than I have had in a long time. My legs are beginning to have great definition. Looking forward to what I will look like in 2 more months!

I won a fat lost contest at Calabasas Tennis & Swim Center, I lost 23 pounds in 2 Months, because of Patric Carlson’s great training. It was challenging but Patrick made it easy and so much FUN, I would of never won the contest without Patric Carlson, I really loved his program and I am still continuing it despite my very busy schedule. I can’t write or say in words, Patric gave back my life, I enrolled for soccer and start playing soccer this week, it is a dream for me to lose lot of weight and start to get in fit.
Patrick is young but his experience and knowledge exceeded my expectations. He is not only good in training, but he also good in nutrition, he helps to eat right and never to give up.
Guys, try Patric Carlson, give it a shot, I will highly recommend him, you are not going to lose anything but lot of fat, I did it, it is not that hard as you might thing, just do it.

As a college athlete I needed a place to get good cardio training and a good overall body workout for the offseason. P Squared is the perfect fit for people at any fitness level. Patric creates workouts that push you beyond what you think your capable of while still making them simple enough that people of all physical levels can compete. No workout is the same and it’s a good friendly environment where we push each other to reach our fitness goals. I recommend P Squared to all athletes, anyone looking to get in shape, or anyone looking to just have fun working out.

Been coming here for a bit over a month now and won’t stop coming anytime. Patric makes the workouts fun and challenging at the same time. There is a new routine for each class, so you’re never stuck doing the same thing class after class. I always leave feeling accomplished and better about myself.

P Squared bootcamp is a perfect combination of adrenaline and fun. The instructor is great and very interpersonal with each and every boot camper. Love it I’ll definitely be back :-)
