Walked in to get mani-pedi and my daughter had her toes and nails just polished. Cuticles were not pushed back. I picked OPI polish and after and HOUR and some, when I put on my shoes, toe nails got all messed up! Next day my fingernails were already peeling, even tho I had not done dishes or anything that sort! Must have been very old polishes. My daughter had different polishes and they were peeling and off also very next day! Not going back.

Emily is the best! My mom and I have been going to Phillip’s for years and have NEVER had a problem; whether it is bubbles on polish or rushing me through. In fact, my experience has been quite the opposite. I highly recommend Emily and her family.

I was next door at Vegan Factory for lunch, so I decided to slip in to Phillip’s Nails and get a quick mani. Quick is certainly the way to describe it –my nail ‘technician’ (Phillip’s wife, I think) was thorough enough, but seemed to rush through each of the parts of the manicure… my massage/rub was barely long enough for me to register what was going on before it was over… there was another walk in waiting, but they certainly weren’t busy enough for her to hurry through my «me» time!
She shaped my nails nicely, but didn’t really push my cuticles back and only snipped a bit. The polish looks nice — no painting my cuticles! — and generally my hands look lovely!
