Big store with lots of shoes to pick. Not so clean and staff not helping you. If u need different sizes and you can’t find it on shelves don’t ask them. They are busy joking around with each other.
How ever skeckers shoes are comfy with good price.

I’ve made a few trips here over the past month to buy shoes for my husband, mom and myself. They have a huge selection both for women, men and children. You’ll find everything from shoes, accessories and clothes. Their prices are great! Right now they have a buy one get one 50% off deal. They have all the sizes both regular and wide for people that need that extra leeway. Lol.
Pro’s: lots of variety, plenty of sizes, store is very clean and organized. The prices are great and the staff is super friendly. They even give free freshly cooked popcorn.
Con’s: location is busy right on Ventura Blvd. The parking lot is kind of small so you’ll want to get there early to avoid waiting for a spot. There’s construction going on in the building next door so be prepared for the noise and dust.

Big store with the largest selection of shoes. They offer better deals and have many styles that can’t be found in other sketchers stores in malls.

One of my favorite places to shop! They are friendly, clean and the variety and abundance of shoes AND clothes I love! Parking however can be touch and go. Good luck with that! lol

Prices are pretty good. It’s luck of the draw. Some of the shoes hold up great while others that are identical should probably never have been sold.
The buy one get one half off is great when you have multiple kids though.
Honestly at full price these shoes could never be worth their asking prices. Plus it sucks that they don’t let you use other coupons with the but one get one half off.

Good deals on sandals you buy one you getting second for half off. Don’t always have exactly what you looking for though. I guess cause it’s an outlet store…

This is our family store. They have almost every type of shoe for my husband and I, and each of our twins (boy/​girl). The styles and prices are exceptional. A little short on staff sometimes, but we always leave very happy and the shoes last much longer than Target, Stride Right, etc.

Went today to get some of the Flex-​Appeal with memory foam shoes. I already have a pair and they are soooo comfortable! This store has a huge selection BUT it’s not cheap unless you buy two pairs. Buy one get one 50% off. The first pair I bought was on a whim at JCPenney when I was looking for a comfortable work out/​walking shoe. It was cheaper at JCPenney because you can always go when they have a sale or a coupon. The parking lot sucks, very small and the bathroom was the filthiest I’ve seen in a long time anywhere, even a gas station, it was down right gross! So the only benefit here is, if you want to buy more than one pair OR if you want a huge selection.

Manager here is a joke. I purchase 8 pairs of shoes and I had a reward coupon for $ 30.00 he said he would only honor it for one pair and I could not get buy one get one half off and use the $ 30.00 coupon, even though I have used the reward coupons and the half off deal before at other Skechers stores. Pretty much he said the coupon was only valid for one pair. What if I had a $ 100.00 reward coupon? There is no shoe in that store for that price, basically their reward program is a waste of time and just a tool to track your purchases.

I went to SKECHERS Factory Outlet Store 23 tonight to purchase shoes for my children. I spent 5 minutes upon arrival speaking to an employee regarding my last purchase from the same store. I have purchased at least 8 pairs of shoes for my children in the past 3 years always taking advantage of the buy one get one ½ off. My son’s athletic shoes lost their ability for the velcro to stick; this happened within 3 months and the shoes stil fit my son and she verified that they were normal use (i.e. not overly worn). The employee that spoke to me said that it was just normal wear and tear and that she couldn’t offer me a credit or refund for what she admitted was velcro that stopped workeing, but would extend me a 20% discount which I thanked her for; at least it was something. I never got her name. I subsequently spent one hour picking out shoes for my son and daughter. Upon attempting to purchase the two shoes and not seeing the woman who I previously spoke to, I had the misfortune of having to deal with one of the store’s managers. I didn’t get his name, but he is hispanic, has facial hair and is a bit overweight. Anyway, I explained to him the previous discussion that I had with the famale employee who obviously said nothing to this manager about her offer to me. He heard what I had to say and said that he would give me 20% off on one pair, but could not honor the 50% off the second pair, which again is normal and customary for this store. He said that he couldn’t allow the second pair to be 70% off. I said that he was incorrect with his math (20% off the first pair and 50% off the second isn’t a 70% discount, it’s more like a 35% discount off both) and that the idea was for me to receive some compensation for the fact the previous skecher’s degrading too fast. He wouldn’t hear it and said that he was not going to change his mind. My kids already had their new shoes on and I said that it wasn’t a big deal for him to take 20% off the first pair and then honor the 50% off the second pair. He wouldn’t hear of it. I reluctantly had my kids take off their shoes and had to deal with their disappointment. It was a learning lesson for them in customer service. I sent a letter of my ill-​treatment to Skechers corporate and wonder whether they care or think that I was treated fairly. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated today. This manager really seemed to have a personal dislike for me — for what reason I do not know. But, by my calculation, the 20% of the first pair equals roughly $ 9.00. The all-​mighty manager made the decision to lose a long time customer over a shoe that’s velco stopped working well before it should have. In any event, it really ruined my evening and I am certain that the manager got his kicks in denying my simple request.
Someone in Skechers should be aware of this situation.
Who needs the aggravation to save ½ when treated poorly; the customer service is not great; it’s pretty much self-​help to save the 50% on the second pair of shoes that aren’t first runs and not sold in the regular Skecher stores.
NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED.

Outlet great prices

I went to this great store yesterday (02÷01÷12), upon my foot doctor’s recommendation. The employee who helped me, Guillermo, was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely polite and knew the product perfectly! He gave me full «specs» on three or four pairs and my Hubby is buying me two for Valentine’s day! The Manager, Miguel, was equally as polite and knowledgeable. I called today, to reserve a pair of shoes, and «Robert» helped me perfectly, over the phone! The store is perfectly clean and the parking was very easy:)

I picked up 8 pairs of shoes last weekend. Two for me, One for my girl Bella, two for my niece, one for dad, one for mom, and one for hubby. I got a flyer from a friend and I had 50% off any pair of shoes that’s over $ 24. and everything in the store was buy 1 get the other ½ off. Great deals and comfy shoes!
Well, they have a sale like this 3 times a year. The 1^st one had just passed, I have to keep checking when the next two will be.
Parking was not easy… tight parkings.

This is a Skecher outlet, with rows and rows of shoes at bargain prices. It’s definitely a no-​frills place, but the parking is easy and the staff are friendly and helpful.
