UPDATE
I am so torn on my review. 5 star doctor in a 1 star office. Aside from the incredibly frustrating message system you must go through to get to ‘maybe’ speak with a person (and we are talking several minutes), I cannot get a return call. They either do not give him messages, or he doesn’t care about his patients. I happen to believe he cares very much for his patients. I have called in emergency (taking my daughter to the hospital), as well as just to get follow up answers or just a referral. Cannot get a return call. On 4÷4÷14 I called and spoke with his personal receptionist Elvira, who promised me a return call with a referral for my daughter by end of business on that day. Today is ⁴⁄₉. Still no return call.
I have sent several friends to him, and each time have been told that they can’t get through on the system, and gave up. I hate to look for a new doctor, but this is just not acceptable. I do hope that Dr. Soroushyari reads this and realizes he is loosing patients.

LOVE this doctor. He is incredibly kind, attentive, thorough and caring. Easy to schedule appts, as well. My only discontent is the phone system. Way too many doctors on the service, and you have to listen to way too many prompts to get through. Perhaps they should consider a couple of different phone numbers, instead of all sharing the one.
