Sprint Store

Best experience I’ve had at any cell phone store. George was Amazing! He got us in and out and helped us find the best deal! So happy we switched over to Sprint and thanks to George the switch was quick, easy, and affordable. He did a great job at explaining our bill and what sprint has to offer. I highly recommend this sprint store!

Awesome customer service! Needed to get my son a phone and we added him on our plan was able to get a phone go him next save $ 10 extra a month! His bill is $ 0 and we have unlimited everything! The gentlemen here were efficient and knowledgeable. They know their stuff.

Came in here this morning to make a payment, needless to say it was a great experience. Some of the friendliest employees I have ever met, they really seemed to enjoy working there as they constantly made conversation and made a commonly boring transaction into an enjoyable experience.
Clean location, the phones and accessories are neatly arranged for viewing. Probably the best Sprint Store I have visited. If you have to do any business with Sprint, definitely check this place out!

George, Shant & Guil are so friendly and awesome! I hate dealing with their customer service on the phone so I always stopped by and talk to these guys. Why? It’s because they answer all my questions straight up to the point and they make things clear to me all the time. And not to mention I can’t stand people without patience and their customer service is like that! So I’d rather stopped by at on of their store locations and this location is the most pleasant customer friendly experienced I’ve ever had! And plus you can chitchat with these guys and that makes them awesome!

So after breaking the screen on my Iphone 5c for the 3^rd time, I decided its time to upgrade. I called the store spoke to Shant and he had the Iphone 6S in stock. I walked right in, no waiting. Shant explained that since my screen wasn’t working i could not trade it in. Ugh! Oh well, I ended up getting the 64GB since my phones have always been 16GB, and I max i up right away. This time i can download all the music I want! The whole process took about 30 mins. He wiped my old phone clean, and put the protective cover and case on for me too. He even hooked it up to my car’s blue tooth. He was very friendly and explained all the new charges on my bill. Much better service than the Encino store, and no waiting. Parking lot is small, but I was able to find a place to park no problem. Would definitely come again.
