Rude Rude Service Indeed…
Unfortunately, this is my neighborhood one!
We often go to this Subway because it’s the closest thing to our home. My expectations are incredibly low and they are often met. But we won’t ever back there again…
Very Not Please in Manager and Customer Service here…
Very snappy and rude Manager Named CARMEN,
I went in to this Subway this early morning (9÷25÷2015 @7:30am) with my 11 years old daughter to get a sandwich as her lunch for a field trip.
No hi or greetings from Carmen (manger) who was going to make our order which is not the issue even!
My daughter asked for 6″ turkey breast with Italian bread. Carmen cut the bread and I noticed the bread is somehow over-​toasted at the bottom. I asked her nicely if she can use other half. She rolled her eyes back to me and yelled WHY!!!
Then brought that piece of bread to my face and said; «Touch It». When I got the bread to show her that part looks tasted (brownish), she gave me the look and yelled;” OH why you touch the bread!!! you should touch the wrapping paper!!! Now I can’t use it for other customer. Are you going to PAY for THAT… My young lovely girl got super upset (scared) and she was keep telling me; «don’t worry mom, the bread is fine.»
Really, it this the way that your subway’s employee works? Is this how you show your manner in front of kids!!! NO, You HAVE to PAY for that CARMEN!!!
I was going to ask for the manager which I noticed her name tag; Store Manager!!! NO WAY
There was no time to argue more and my daughter needs her school lunch. We were late to go somewhere else! While getting out or there, a nice gentleman who was having his breakfast, felt sorry for me and agreed, her attitude was so bad! He also said he will also going to complain since he also wasn’t happy with their unfriendly customer service and the freshness and quality of the food…
Taste is different for everyone but service is KEY to any business.
Very poor customer service, Managing Service and very frustrating to deal with! If I could do 0 stars I would!

What happened to this place?! Totally down hill!

Yes I found sugar cookies at this location! I love subway cookies and sugar cookies are my favorite but I have never been to a subway that had sugar cookies before normally I just get the chocolate chip lol. I will be back to this location just for the cookies lol. The customer service was great too though and the restaurant was very clean!

The customer service was great. The women that helped me had a big smile on her face she was nice and friendly.

I’ve had many successful trips here, but today’s was a bummer! The girl who made my order (2 salads, 1sandwich) was nice. However, my salad came out tasting like dishsoap! I don’t have time to return it as I’m on my lunch break at work, but it is inedible. I’ll definitely make sure not to get another salad here, as the bowl wasn’t thoroughly rinsed and sanitized after being washed with the soap.

this subway is hit and miss
sometimes they dont have fresh ingredient, you can see the lettuce and veggies all shriveled up
the parking lot is pretty big so usually no problem
also they’re not open late so if you have the munchies late at night, forget about this place

Worse Subway ever. Always over charges for the same sandwiches other Subways carry. They are close to my house, but I try to make it a point to go out of my way to avoid them because they over charge!

One of the best (if not THE best) Subway stores I’ve been to in the Valley. Super friendly staff and always fresh food. This store is living proof that a positive attitude goes a very long way in satisfying customers.

Fast service and efficient time. Place looks clean and the staff is friendly I personally liked it. Came for a quick bite lol

The guys today went above and beyond! They got my coffee and order all done as I was stuck on the phone dealing with a school phone call. So as every mom does… multitask!

This is the best and the only subway I will ever go to. They aren’t cheap on their toppings and they are always clean. A good vibe by the second you walk in and the food almost beats any other subway I have ever been to.

absolutely amazing! the staff is very friendly and the sandwiches are made perfectly every single time.
i work in encino and pass over many other locations to get to here. if you love subway and eat it every day like i do (sad i know, but true), then you have to check this one out.
