My favorite Foot Spa in Town! Living in the area has sent me all up and down the Boulevard for the best deals and services when it comes to foot spas. Since this place opened, it’s changed owners already but the derives are wonderful. I say splurge for the 90-minute body massage($ 40) and leaving floating on air. I always prefer the men masseurs because they are stronger but every once in a while a lady can truly get in there! Either way, bring cash(at least for tip). I hade one unfortunate accident(charged me $ 1001.00 in stead of $ 100.00) which was fixed within 24 hours but so unnecessary… Bring cash if at least for tip.

Your average foot massage spot I will say they were extra friendly, and they had availability last minute on a Saturday night $ 20 an hour for foot massage(as of 1⁄16) It’s kind of hidden at the far end of the parking lot and only says foot massage, not the name

Great hidden gem! A quick relaxing foot/body massage. You seriously loose track of time.

Was here about a year ago, the massage was decent, but the service was terrible. The man behind the counter would not let me leave without tipping, I’m sorry but you just don’t deserve a tip for giving me a mediocre massage and then really not letting me leave, I had no more cash in me at the time, that shit was just plain rude!

Ahhh, so relaxing. My friend and I enjoyed thorough, skilled massages from wonderfully polite master and masseuse. Will definitely be back in a couple weeks.

I’ve tried a lot of these places and this one is my favorite! The ambiance is wonderful and super relaxing! The owners and staff are super friendly! The prices are great and they offer several different packages. I like to mix them up. My favorite is the combo w/hot stones — they ARE hot — but it feels so good! I am Type A and am always very stressed and have several different back problems/my back always hurts! After my massage here, I go home super relaxed and feeling great! I would go every day if I could afford it!

Relaxing, firm massage… great $ 20 special foot massage, but option to do full body massage. Great décor.

Decided to try this place out on a Wednesday night with a friend, first I called to see if they were open and the exact location, once I arrived he asks me if I had called and I said yes, he then promptly tells me I need an appointment and there’s no room for 2 people.(the place is empty and there is 4 therapists standing there just looking confused). I ask him why I need an appointment if there is nobody here and he dismissed my question. I walk out and he has the nerve to tell me thanks have a good night! I was more flabbergasted at the customer service they serve here and the u unprofessionalism.

Have been here twice. First experience was pretty good, so I thought this would be my new go to, but I was wrong. I walk in and am immediately welcomed by a woman at the desk. I tell her I want the $ 20 massage. She’s quite insistent that I get the $ 30 massage, but I declined. It’s a hot stone massage, which I just didn’t want to do. She kept saying it’s the one that everyone chooses, I decline and she immediately asks if I’ll be paying cash. After replying yes, she says ok and walks me back. Throughout the massage she continued to ask if I wanted the $ 30 massage. Sigh. I get she wants the upsell, but come on lady. Massage lasted almost the full hour. At check out, I pay in cash and give $ 4 for tip. She then says minimum tip is $ 5. Lol. Isn’t tip based on service? And 20% of $ 20 is $ 4. Granted it’s only $ 1, but I can’t believe they have a tip minimum. They also charge an extra $ 1 if you pay via credit card. I heard someone else having that battle during my massage. I won’t be back based on today’s experience.

Two absolutely HORRIBLE experiences here. Awful massages and even worse customer service. First time, they cut me 10 minutes short and and then charged me extra for using a feeding card, which they don’t have posted. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. THE. WORST. MASSAGE. EVER! When I complained, they said no money back, no discounts, nothing. Then he said«just go someplace else next time.» Will never go here again. Save yourself the trouble and find another place. They’re a dime a dozen on ventura.

My husband and I went here for the first time. I’m pregnant and was in dire need of just a foot rub. When we got there I was thinking it wasn’t going to work since it was so hot but the guy in the front was so nice to turn the air on for me. Then I wasn’t so sure about the massage chairs since they were flat but they actually mechanically come up and they were so accommodating about getting me extra pillows to prop me up. The massage was great! My husband enjoyed his as well. Especially for the price!

My friend told me about this place and we went together… its really nice and quiet and was was sure I am going to get the best massage ever… They tried their best… really. My friend enjoyed it and I was thinking welll. its just ok. The problem was that she broke my back … I had a lot of pain for the next one week. Price is very good. my conclusion: you get what you pay for.

They’re good enough when in a bind and Happy Feet is full. I don’t like how they lay you flat on your back with legs dangling and feet in tub of water. This leaves no lumbar support and my back actually gets achy as I lie there. Other than that, the massages are good and the price is right.

I actually enjoyed this place. It smelled really minty and fresh. I enjoyed the set up and the massage. Only thing that caught me off guard was that my massuese was also taking phone calls while he was giving me a massage. I won’t lie to you all but he gave the best massage ever while he answered all those phone calls. That was the best massage beating I’ve ever experienced. Btw, I like my massages firm! I will definitely come here again!

Very bad customer service. I wanted to relax. The environment was ok and it seems to be clean. No English spoken, however, when I went to pay the lady kept repeating tip, tip, tip, when I wasn’t even done paying. She sure knew how to say«TIP». Not good, actually very tacky. Oh, it wasn’t a complete hour(more like –50 minutes). I won’t go back.

Short version: poor customer service horrible massage Long version: I called to make a last minute appointment for 9pm(they close at 10pm). They were accommodating. I was looking forward to my relaxing massage. The reason I opted to go to this place versus my regular $ 20/hr massage spot was because it seemed more on the private side given they have dividers, it seemed tranquil and clean. Boy, was I surprised! I don’t know if it was a bad night, but from the moment I walked in, the receptionist/my masseuse showed poor customer service . He not only initiated conversation and kept talking with the other masseuse but, he rushed me over to my massage bed and started on my massage as if he’s being chased by death. It was rushed, careless, and too rough. The phone rang a few times and he got up to answer it; loudly I may add. He then returned to his quick massage habits. A few minutes following that, a few walks in came by. He wasn’t happy about them walking in 30 minutes before closing. He got into an altercation with a customer. The customer eventually walked out. It was one of the worst«relaxing» massages I’ve had. Needless to say, they’ve left a poor impression on me. I’d only return here if I absolutely need a massage and all other places are too busy.
