I really like this location. The store is very big. Never too busy. I always find good deals. I have A reward access so it is really fun when you get invite for private events. The last, the offered a very nice coffee, pastries, juice:) was fun!!! A lot of toys for kids, some fun Kitchen stuff and I lot of clothes. Good price!

The fitting room here really messy, no organized ! Do not get me wrong, I love this store, but this location is not very good: /​There is not much choice of clothes for children, and in woman selection I can’t find anything! Also, the prices has risen in my opinion.

I’ve never been a fan of TJ Maxx. Yeah, if you’re really lucky, you can find something cool there for a low price — the stuff is all factory surplus and rejects that never got sold elsewhere, so why not price the stuff to move? I’d say TJ has more unusual stuff than Ross does, so I do stop in every now and again. But, today I was looking for luggage and was really disappointed that the lowest-​priced carry-on’s with wheels were $ 59 – 69 (the small cheap quality ones). I ended up buying a really nice one from Target for $ 37.99.

Great Tjmaxx!!! Loved the employees, especially the manager Michael who was so helpful! I had gone in looking for some suitcases and when the one I liked was in the display he did not hesitate to pull them for me.

One hour at the store and finally I found what I was looking for. A nice gift for my sister. A nice Michael kors purse for Only 28 $ amazing price wow. She loved it so much. They have jewelry, shoes, purses, clothes. Like the brands that they have. Some can be very pricy such as Louis viton, Itzik Mizrahi, Michael kors etc…
It was the first time that I purchased at this store and I was very happy with it. The line went fast. The parking is in the back. So you have to walk around 5 minutes. The employees were very nice. They have a second floor which the bathroom is located there. One of the toilets was broken. Water was coming out. They didn’t take care of it. Overall nice store. Nice atmosphere.

Love this shopping place, meets everybody’s needs. Starbucks, healthy food restaurants, yoga works, whole food market, and smart shoppers favorite Tjmaxx. They offer designer clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories, great customer service.
I had a good experience with store staff Mariam and Mio, they assisted me during my shopping.
Thanks to management of the store, for having good trained associates.
Definitely recommend to shop at this locations.

They don’t even have a men’s shoe section. It seems this TJ Maxx is catering mainly to women, the whole downstairs is women’s clothes, shoes, jeweler and bags. The upstairs area has a small men’s section and the rest is kids and home goods.

Just came in so they could adjust a few things I bought because I had a gift card and forgot it at home for my initial purchase. The manager overheard me explaining to the cashier what I want to do and told me they don’t do that, and then when I explained what I needed she said okay and proceeded to go walk around and bugging other people trying to shop. Rio the cashier didn’t even bother to ask if I can have cash back or put it on my card and before I could even ask for cash back she refunded it to my card. This store has great merchandise but poor customer service

Very small store, and not much of a selection. I only found a pair of work out pants and a sweater yesterday. I was not impressed at all. The Sherman Oaks store is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better. This location is good, but honestly I will not be coming back here. I was looking for some work blouses, and they really had none!

This is a small location, but has 2 floors. In between Starbucks & Whole foods, I can happily shop with my iced mocha, take a food break, then return to do some damage.
Very nice selection of high end clothes. Great selection of lotions, soaps, & bath gels. So many scents to choose from.

Two stories in size. Located right next to Whole Foods on Ventura Blvd.
There is metered parking right in front of it and I believe there is parking behind it or underneath it as well.
Even though this store is huge in size, I felt like the selection was lacking. There was a lot of empty space where products should have been compared to other TJ Maxx stores.
Probably won’t make my way back here, but check it out… you never know you might find something good here.

TJ Maxx has the best service. I always visit this store as the ladies working there are absolutely professional, caring, understanding, friendly and I can go on and on. I went to the store today (January 24th) and came across a young lady named Mia at the counter. She was so professional and patient with me. TJ Maxx is very lucky to have her work there.

I love this TJMaxx because every time I go here it is neat and organized. They also have a Runway collection which is designer deals and I hate to share this but I spied a Celine Cabas, a Chloe Alice, Fendi, YSL Gucci, Valentino bags! They’re still pricey about $ 200 – 500 savings and some were missing the cloth bags, but looks like the same ones you find at Nordies. This store is quite large and I always find it fun to take a peek before/​after Whole Foods or Yogaworks. Free parking downstairs!

Just when I’m hating on this place they have to go and cause me a pleasant experience, damnet! I had a bad experience once at the location in La Canada so I swore it off. I had tried to make a return without a receipt and was accused of stealing the sunglasses because the idiots hadn’t taken the security censor off.
Well this location in Tarzana is next to Whole Foods and near my work so I wandered in to see what deals I might be able to score. To my amazement there was no long line to check out, the inventory wasn’t picked over or messy, and the dressing rooms were clean. The woman at the register was even friendly?! Where am I, this can’t be TJ Maxx! And I bought a $ 30 dress black & white print dress. I’ll be a regular.

There are a few different discount stores you could try, and out of them this isn’t the best but it does try. The items here can range from great items to stuff you can find at other discount stores, so if your near it wouldn’t be the worst idea to check it out.
Decent store, however it is not the cheapest of the discount or bargain places by far.

Of all the tj maxx stores, I always seem to come to this location… Even though their racks are messy and dressing rooms are crap. It’s like a more expensive Ross. Their prices are NOT competitive at all. And it’s a mess. Sigh.

Finally, a TJ Maxx store in my hood. It’s right beside Wholefoods at the Tarzana Village Walk. Seeing it from the street as a two-​level store (which is rare for a TJ Maxx store) made me more excited. I hurried up one afternoon after work, went it but I got a little disappointed with what’s inside. Not much of a wide selection as I have expected.
I like it because it’s close and it is situated in a good area. It does have free ample parking space under the building, too.

Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, CA
This TJ location opened today in the Whole Foods plaza. The space is pretty tiny so the architects had to be creative — there are two floors and some of the sections are smaller than at other locations (not too much luggage or home goods). Also had trouble finding the guy’s shoes… checked both floors and no luck.
It was packed in there today for the grand opening but I’m hoping things will calm down in a few days.
PROS: clean, LOTS of friendly store associates, convenient to pop into before a grocery shopping trip
CONS: parking, store layout, less of a selection than other locations
