This place seemed ok at first. Been living here almost a year. Since then, the name has changed to bechir apartments owned by be property management group and it has all went down hill from there. Every night I come home we were supposed to have assigned parking spots but not enforced. I have to sometimes park a block away after work and have to walk through the overpowering smell of weed as soon as you walk into the complex, new tenants don’t seem to like to use their key to get into the complex, instead they like to pull on the door as hard as they can over and over until the door opens, the lease says no working on your cars in the parking lot but they don’t enforce it. One of the tenants used a grinder on his car and sent all the sparks and debris on to my car and scratched the paint. Place has been going down the drain more than before the last 6 months. I put in a trouble call 6 months ago for my AC being broke and it still hasn’t been fixed or even looked at. All they care about is getting their money on the first. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I’m getting ready to break my lease 2 months early because it’s getting so bad.

ZERO STARS!!! This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever come across for many reasons. It all begins with the MANAGER. She must have dementia or she’s a compulsive liar. For example, she will tell you that you have a parking spot and give you a number to park at and when someone parks in your spot, tells you that there is no assigned parking.(wtf?). She is not only a space case, she is also rude. It’s so hard to get ahold of her unless it’s about collecting money, in that case she is at your service and ready to take your payment! There are random notices that get posted on your door as a «one time fee» that will be added to your rent the next month, which are not on the lease agreement. Last but not least she fakes people’s background checks. This is why my car, along with 3 others got vandalized by a resident that was high on drugs! He actually blew up a car in the parking lot. And did over 3,000 $ worth of damage to my car. Because NONE of the cameras work, not even in the parking lot, I had no proof in order to seek restitution.
So if you’re looking to rent an apartment in the area, read the other reviews to confirm that I’m not the only unhappy previous resident and pick a different complex with a manager that will treat you right.
CAUTION! They might try and tell you that they hired a different manager, but do your research because chances are that they are lying.

horrible renter!
since the day first i moved in here, i am dealing with cockroaches, they sent twice the pest control since i moved in here in pas 4 moth, plus one time that pest control came right before i moved in and still i have the problem
I said it orally and in written that this situation is unhealthy and disgusting, i want to move out and get my deposit back! they dont listen
they sent me away for many times and after 4 days they got back to me and said that they can not help me with my request
And now want to charge me more for late fees!
if you are thinking to move in here! think twice
no body cares about you after you sign the lease

Trashy renters. Horrible management. Avoid

Worst place Ive ever stayed, most crooked apt managers Ive ever seen. They’ll say anything to get you in, and then renege or straight up lie. I spent an absolutely miserable year here, had to call the cops on neighbors TWO times, once so serious they sent a helicopter. The tenants are mostly total white trash and assorted riff raff. Place looks nice on the outside, but don’t fall for it.
