Being new to the area, and looking for a great dentist, I was referred to Dr. Tsai.
What a wonderful and refreshing experience. The office staff was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.
My appointment with the dental hygienist was great, and then seeing Dr. Tsai made the appointment complete.
I will be referring this office/​dentist to my family and friends, and look forward to seeing everyone there in 6 months!

This dental office misrepresents themselves as accepting PPO insurance. They say, Yes, we are happy to bill insurance. After, when you get a huge bill, double the price of industry standard, they inform you they only bill insurance, but do not accept it. They get the extra star as they did perform adequate basic dental service.

Dr. Tsai has been fantastic for the 13 years I was his patient living in Tarzana. I was equally pleased with the expertise and bedside manner of his colleague, Dr. Karina Spillman ever since she joined the practice, as well as Jeri, the dental hygenist. I’ve since moved to Tucson but have had to consult with Dr. Tsai and even make the 17 hour round trip to have him look at my teeth. There seems to be a pattern here in Tucson. 3 dentists, all suggested work I didn’t necessarily need. Thank you Dr. Tsai for helping me with these issues. You are a good dentist and person as well!

I HATE going to the dentist… I have nightmares about it. Dr Tsar was recommended to me, and for good reason… He is the best dentist I have ever used… It really did not hurt when he shot in the nova cane and he completely dead ed the area around the tooth with the cavity. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Tsai!!!

Best dentist ever. Came to him after my previous dentist said I needed a crown for $ 1500. Dr. Tsai replaced the filling and it’s been just fine. His technique is flawless (no pain, even when the needle goes in!) and I am a loyal and satisfied customer.
