Incredible staff willing to go the extra mile. Project #1 I had a painting that was finished at the last moment that needed a custom frame. Adriana not only got it done at amazing speed it was beautifully crafted and was a perfect accent to our piece!

Pretty upset because I’ve really been wanting to get a one of a kind painting framed and when I came here I was able to find a beautiful frame that would match perfectly with it. I was quoted $ 181 for it including tax. I left because I didn’t quite have it on me, but I did go eventually when I did. I just went back today and this time got quoted $ 239! For the same frame on the same painting! It wasn’t even a $ 5 – 15 increase it was just straight up ridiculous! Needless to say I left without my painting framed. They do have a wide variety of frames if you’re looking for options… But I won’t be going back just for the fact that I didn’t like what they did.

I walked in to have a poster framed I stood there for 10 mins and not one person attempted to help me or even acknowledge that I was there. I left and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I brought in an antique Hermes scarf and they framed beautifully at a very reasonable price. They even took the time and effort at their own expense to have it ironed first so it would sit properly under the glass. I’m elated.

I have used this frame store 3 or 4 times now and I have never been disappointed. Most recently I brought in two superman images on foam board. They were old and warped. I decided to save some money and have them cut the frame to fit then doing the actual install myself. I left the poster board with them and came back two hours later. As a courtesy and I think because I was a repeat customer they did the install for free. (About a 50.00 savings) I will definitely be back.

Simply the best picture framer in the San Fernando valley. I have been using U Frame It for many years and they’re professionalism is extraordinary. Adrianna, Inna and Leslie are tops. They always go above and beyond to get it right and make the customer happy. Their prices are very fair and their turnaround time on jobs is incredible, Usually the next day. I’m a professional art conservator and restorer and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough!

All I have to say is AMAZING! I went to this location for a VERY special piece that I wanted to have custom framed. I found this place on Unilocal and from the reviews I thought what the hell I will give it a try. I had a very special scorecard and picture that i wanted to get framed. It was a golf score card with a picture of his father and Willie Mayes. I had NO idea what i wanted just that i needed it done before Christmas. Leslie was amazing. She helped me with the framing, matting and i had gotten a brushed gold plate engraved. She was so nice. She took her time and helped my vision come to life. I took my picture and scorecard in on the 17^th of December and I JUST picked it up. Jose was the one to show me my framed picture and he is just awesome. They all really do care about you and what your needs are. Just all around great people. I would have never known about this place but i found it on Unilocal.I am so so excited so show this to my boyfriend because this is something that is very special to him. My new go-​to framing place. I had an interesting experience at another framer and decided to come here after reading all of the great reviews. I must say that Jose’s reputation really precedes him. Simply put, I wont go anywhere else for my framing needs. He really knows his stuff, and best of all he is honest and loves what he does and it shows.
Oh yeah and his work is exceptional. I had some high end items I needed framed and he treated them with the utmost care and the finished product was stunning. If you need custom framing done, you need to come here.

U Frame It did a fantastic job hanging more than 20 pieces of various shapes and sizes in my office. Adrianna and the other members of her staff were professional and finished the work in a timely manner. Their price is reasonable and is much cheaper than many other framing and hanging businesses in the area. I would definitely recommend their services.

I’ve used many framing stores over the years from Aaron Bros to high end shops. I am thrilled to have found U-​Frame-​It because I will never go anywhere else again! Adrianna, who also owns the shop, assisted me. She is patient, knowledgeable and gives expert advice. The mat and frame she recommended made my print look like a very expensive work of art. She has an incredible eye and is adept at framing all kinds and styles of art, including photos. While there, I also saw the results of some really high quality paintings being framed and all the pieces truly looked like museum quality. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially for the results you receive. I went to the Tarzana store, but there is also another location in Van Nuys.

Jose from U-​Frame-​It is really nice and knowledgeable. He gave me enough time to look around at first without being pushy and was available when I had questions. Then he suggested the best option and it really looked nice. And it is great that the whole process of choosing a custom frame, a cut-​out mat and Jose doing the framing took only 15 minutes. The cost of everything together was about 24 dollars and the result was beautiful. I am very happy with the service and I will definitely go back.

As good as it gets, I have used both locations for framing. The one in Tarzana is closer to the office and they have done the best job as far as cost and time. But recently the Van Nuys store which is closer to my home repaired a very special frame and painting that had been damaged. Thanks to Leslie and Inna not only was my boss happy for the framing of his certificates and city awards, the cost was really good. But Adriana saved a very personal piece of art and the original frame. thank you all.
