Commitment is the word I would use to describe my experience with Westar Lending. The «regulations» lenders must comply with today have made it extremely difficult to «qualify.» My own bank of 40 years wasted my time processing my application to an eventual decline. From there I went to Mortgage Brokers and they all threw me against the wall to see if I would stick. Westar took the time to explain the challenges we faced, asked questions beyond the application and developed a strategy that led me to an «approval» that fully complied with current regulations. Westar’s commitment to me, their investors and their own professionalism is the standard all Bankers should aspire to.
